I think you dont know NBA 2k9 patching potential. In create team you can only create 12 teams. In create player you can only create 100 players so you cant create 16 teams... Also you cant change team names and player surnames. So your project is impossible.

Hahha alonzo you dont know that we may have roster editor and we can chenge team names....

We can create 10 custom teams + nba 2k, 2k china, 2k sports, vc, team jordan, and we took one like international...
For now, we can't change team names.

Sorry....but there is one bad news.....we didnt succes to build 16 teams....it is only possibile to create 10....So we must delete 6 teams from patch....
