large numbers of playoffs shoes updated and new shoes added，such as lebron's, air jordan 1,and so on.i dont remember now.check it by yourself.
certainly there are a lot problems of the roster i supply.u can use yours cuz now friend kimilinxi has made a accurate excel.
however,the hidden shoes and the newly added shoes wont show.u can read jordanzb's post here

the 2 excel files are very important to accurate the shoes with players,so read them carfully

installation
1.install all the XX.iff files into your nba 2k9 folder and covered the previous ones.
2.put the roster into C/Documents and Settings/XX/Application Data/2K Sports/NBA 2K9/Saves/
3.load the roster and enjoy your new game!

Oh, this looks great and would be so frigging awesome! Shoes are absolutely the worst part of 2k9. Other than that, 2k9 rocks! I did enjoy playing with all of the players having their real shoes or something close to them. Will you be able to add additional shoes or we still only have a few to work with? Any idea about a release date?

EGS has no plan to release any 'formal patch'(patch without texmod) at this forum.
if u wannna download the formal patch, www.baballs.com or bbs.baballs.com will be a good place for u.

I overwrote the existing files in the main directory of NBA2k9 where all the files are stored. But I can´t figure out how this one is possible because there are around 40 different shoes to replace, though It replaced the yellow version of the adidas TS I think, so backup your files.
Maybe it works for CFs aswell.

It works! Atleast the CF of TMac. But the orlando jersey turned to plain white with no preview in the team select screen. Anyeone an idea where to download the program for edting?

Looks like somebody cracked the compression. It's also good noting that the file does not need to be compressed and can still be read by the game. Hopefully a tool will get released.

guys pls. don't discuss that here, I understand that all of us wanted to know how they are able to manage applying patches in game without using Texmod, but I'm sure they will going to discuss that, but first let CHNxiaoju finishes his patches, im sure it will contain instructions...and later on I believe also that alot of questions and comments that will arise, so from that time, i believe and i hope that our friend CHNxiaoju will be able to give us just an idea How? so thanks in advance CHNxiaoju... because of these, it enlightened us here at NLSC, that we can have patches now without using texmod...

if want to download the 'formal patch'(patch without texmod), baballs.com is a good way for u.
if want to know how to make the patch wirhout texmod, there is no answer for u.
if wanna understand the readme in baballs.com, learn chinese is a good way~
in yours forum, we use english. in our forum, use chinese plz. becauz not all the chinese can understand what u say in english.
