Can use this roster and install the shoe pack 4 you matched up Chinoy? Or does it only work with the newest release? (Is there a difference between those 2 rosters? apart from the injured aspect)

Uninjured version come along when i got some free time to fix it..i got a social life, a GF etc...so don't worry. to what concern player tendencies, made some minor tweaks to Donnie Marshall and Kevin durant....

I think the uninjured roster posted on 1st page does not include the compatibility with RSP4.0

Have tried the 3.0.5.1 uninjured and the hidden shoes are not included.

Bro Chinoy/Juza,

Is it possible to include MJ in 90's East All Star in your uninjured roster so we can use Nike Thrillrahna ( MJ XI's ) hidden shoes, that is if you have the time to do it of course.

OK. Thanks buddy. I know this is a very lazy question but it is saturday here in Australia and I am feeling lazy. So could you please tell me what are hidden shoes?
Also I started a new association and am about 4 games in but I made some fun trades and don't really want to start a new game...is it worth it though for the shoe pack 4? I am using shoe pack 3 by the way.

your damn right its worth it....this is by far the most important mod for pc....well if ur a realist freak like me....

I'm probably not gonna do it because I'm not really interested in playing with legends. Plus, there's no spreadsheet for the Legend's hidden shoes.

Sat Mar 21, 2009 6:13 pm

Chinoy,

I think the legends shoes are under Nike Thrillahrana if i am not mistaken,

Sat Mar 21, 2009 7:01 pm

If that's the case, I don't know how to do that since Jordanzb won't tell me. It's a little different than simply unlocking the hidden shoe since there really is no Nike Thrillrahna. I don't know how he got the game to recognize it as one.

Re: juza's nba 2k9 "neon' project" 3.0.5.1 + shoe pack v4.0 RLSD

Sat Mar 21, 2009 7:31 pm

Chinoy,

Yup i dont know how jordanzb managed to do it but with the roster xiaoju included in the shoe patch, they were able to use it specifically for the legends ( jordan, pippen, magic j,payton, penny ).

Anyways i just overwrite the generic shoes in order for MJ to wear his XI's

I hope Flying Finn Editor will be able to use hidden shoes, same with what he did with the hidden dunks and iso.

Thanks!

why you guys are waiting for uninjured???? Injured > uninjured

Re: juza's nba 2k9 "neon' project" 3.0.5.1 + shoe pack v4.0 RLSD

Because people like playing an association game where it is their own world. Not one influenced by the real world. Its kinda boring if in your own association game, (where players CAN get injured spontaneously and it feels fun and authentic) is dictated by the real world coz then its not really your 'own' gm mode anymore. Its not a simulation of the NBA anymore but rather a copy or regurgitation

Well said. :applaud:
And cmon, just look at the all-stars you're gonna be missing: Gilbert Arenas, Michael Redd, Al Jefferson, Jameer Nelson, etc.

hahahah. When I only saw Kevin Garnett listed I was about to scream JAMEER NELSON!!! but I see you included him. It really is such a shame that so many good players got injured in such a short period. At least we can still play them in our game :P
One thing that made me mad though was in one of my association games Dwight Howard who is suppose to be durable went up for a rebound but landed wrong and i saw him limp and my heart sank. He was out for 4 weeks after that and it was challenging and fun trying to win without him. Real hard to replace the points and the rebounds he gets for me.
Thats the beauty of the spontaneity of gm mode where things happen suddenly and you gotta roll with the punches and move forward. It is also quite thrilling to see a star player from a rival team get a long term injury or an injury that would put him out of the playoffs. You don't get the same effect if you just take a player of the active list if he gets injured in real life.

You know for player icons for skills, I have seen the 3, wing, lock and thats it. I heard there are more icons like shoe (speed) but i haven't seen any. Can someone post all the icons in the game?

Re: juza's nba 2k9 "neon' project" 3.0.5.1 + shoe pack v4.0 RLSD

The shoe is dunk. I think J.R. Smith has a shoe on his icon, but it might be different for this roster.

juza1971, does this roster have the issue where when you start a new association the player minutes and roles change? And does this roster have updated team playbooks?

Your roster is really great judging by the comments people have been posting. Awesome work! (Y)
