Suns beat Bulls in overtime thriller 109-106Phoenix, Arizona - Luol Deng was being left wide open every time he got the ball. He was scoring like a madman. Phoenix was down from the get go. That all changed in one play. Luol Deng got the basketball, held on a little too long, and had it swept away by Jared Dudley, who got a lot of playing time due to poor play by Grant Hill. Phoenix caught up, and forced overtime. They played good defense in OT, and, when it counted, Deng failed. Nash got the ball, jumped up, and nailed the buzzer-beater at the end. Steve Nash was the player of the game. He had 36 points, one more than Deng, 9 assists, and a block. Vince Carter had quite an effect as well. When he came in, he energized the Suns. With Nash and Carter, the Suns beat the Chicago Bulls in an overtime thriller, 109-106. In addition, Robin Lopez broke his rebound record he set against Houston, recording 21 this time. There was one surprise. Goran Dragic, who had a terrible game against Houston, was inactive. He was replaced by center Garret Siler, who was active for the first time this year. With the win, the Suns are now 9-6.
