THE FACTS: The arena was buzzing as this was the first game back for GM KidJustin, who has been missing since late January. He was given a standing ovation as he was announced along with the players at the start of the game. The Clippers fed off the energy as the Bulls started the game 2 for 10. Their first basket game at around the 9 minute mark and their second by the 6 minute mark. The Clippers would never trail going into the 4Q, having leads as high as 13 points. While the Bulls were clearly struggling, Derrick Rose was doing everything in his will to keep the game close. After scoring 27 points after 3Q, he had an amazing 18 point 4Q to lead the Bulls to a comeback. T-Mac, who was having a very poor shooting night, made the baskets when it counted the most. Some clutch 3 pointers by Ben Gordon was able to finally tie the game at the 3 minute mark. All of a sudden the Clippers were ice cold and could not make a single basket, from there Derrick Rose and Tracy McGrady took over to put the Bulls on a 14-2 run within the last 2 minutes of the game to lead them to a win.
THE STAT: The Clippers had a horrible 4Q being outscored 46 to 26.
QUOTABLE: Eric Gordon, "He's even more amazing than from what I remember back when we used to play AAU ball together..."
HOT: Derrick Rose scored a career high 45 points, including 18 in the 4Q to help the Bulls comeback and win the game
NOT: T-Mac's shot was horrible most of the game, not making a FG until late in the 3Q and only finished with 5 FG, but he did go to the free throw line 21 times, making 12 of them
GOOD MOVE: James Johnson serves up a facial on DeAndre Jordan
BAD MOVE: Blake Griffin already in foul trouble, entered the game in the 4Q at the 9 minute mark only to have Derrick Rose draw his 5th foul and force Blake immediately back to the bench
Injuries: N/A

THE FACTS: The two teams battled early on, going back and forth. Then all of a sudden the Clippers received a massive blow in the 1Q when Eric Gordon collided with Jason Richardson. Gordon was not able to shoot the FT and was carried to the locker room by the Clippers medical staff. The other Eric, rookie Eric Bledsoe stepped in for the injured Clipper and the Clippers were surging and tied the game after 1Q. Most of the game from there on was Blake Griffin and Eric Bledsoe give the Clippers the lead going into halftime. VDN decided to start Rasual Butler in the second half to be able to use Eric Bledsoe as a spark off the bench. Without Eric Gordon, when Blake Griffin started to slow down there was no one to help the Clippers stop the Magic's attack. With Baron only 2 rebounds short of a triple-double, his steady offense was enough until Blake Griffin got his second wind and the Clippers at another run to tie the game again at the end of the 3Q. In the 4Q, the Magic were close to a comeback, until Dwight Howard got his 5th foul and had to return to the bench. Then the crowd started to cheer as Eric Gordon returned from the locker room and sat on the bench next to coach VDN. The Clippers fed off this to secure a lead with a Baron Davis layup around Dwight Howard. With 24 seconds left in the game and the Magic down 5, Howard fumbled the ball only to kick it out to Gilbert Arenas for a deep 3 pointer only to have it miss. The Clippers made their free throws and sealed the win.
THE STAT: The last time these two teams faced off the Clippers stars were hot, but had no help from their bench, this time the Clippers bench outscored the Magic bench 45 to 31
QUOTABLE: VDN, "Eric (Gordon) is being taken a look at my out medical staff and we hope to have him healthy before the playoffs. I decided to start Rasual over Eric (Bledsoe) in the 2nd Half because I like to have Eric be the spark off the bench and backup Baron."
HOT: When Eric Gordon went down in the 1Q, rookie Eric Bledsoe stepped up and score a career high 23 points off the bench
NOT: The Clippers other rookie struggle however, making only 1 FG in 7 tries
GOOD MOVE: Baron Davis got the ball on the fast break and threw one of his many lobs to a streaking Blake Griffin
BAD MOVE: Late in the 2Q Blake Griffin challenge Gilbert Arena's dunk attempt, the Referees called a foul, but after the TV replay of the play, it showed that Blake Griffin had a clean all-ball block, the play was not officially reviewed and Arenas hit his 2 free throws
Injuries: In the 1Q Eric Gordon went up for a shot against Jason Richardson, he made the shot but when he landed it he immediately grabbed for his leg in main - He did not return to the game and doctors have said it is a Strained Achilles and will be out for at least 2-4 weeks
Late in the 4Q Gilbert Arenas went down with back spasms, he did return to the game and the Magic staff has listed him as day-to-day

ERIC GORDON OUT 2-4 WEEKS WITH STRAINED ACHILLES
Eric Gordon left in the 1Q of the Clippers win against the Orlando Magic with a strained Achilles. Gordon went up for a layup when he collided with Magic guard Jason Richardson. When Gordon fell he immediately reached for his leg. He was helped off the floor and then assisted into the locker room by Clippers head athletic trainer Jasen Powell. The staff estimates that he will only miss 2 to 4 weeks, which means that he should be healthy in time for the post season if the Clippers can stay in the picture with one of their stars sidelined.
Rookie Eric Bledsoe stepped up in Gordon's absence, while the Clippers in-season acquisition Nick Young was away from the team for family reasons. While Gordon is to stay in Los Angeles for treatment, Nick Young is expected to return with the team and fly out with them to Denver as they face off against the Nuggets.
Head Coach Vinny Del Negro said, "We are taking all precautions with Eric (Gordon), which is why we are having him stay in Los Angeles. The other coaches and have spoken to Nick (Young) and he said he will be back with the team for the next game. We will run a few practices with Nick before we fly out, but as of right now he is a game-time decision to start in Eric's (Gordon) place.
VDN further stated that he prefers to use rookie Eric Bledsoe as a backup combo guard and feels that his quick offense off the bench is the spark they need to win games. However if Beldsoe out preforms Young, the Clippers are open to starting two rookies (Bledsoe and Griffin) while Gordon is out.
