*How to be in my Dynasty as a player?*

Image
*Ballers is the Official Magazine of Forum Ballers in my Dynasty.*

First off, anyone who PM'ed me about being in my dynasty, I deleted all of them. It was a bit overwhelming. So, we are going to start on a clean slate. Sorry for any inconvience. Please abide by my instructions and we should have no confusion. I tried to make it as simple as possible.Thanks.

First and Foremost
1.Highlight and Copy "The Questions" section (below).
2.PM me
3.In the body of that PM, paste those questions and answer them.
4.Press Submit.
5.I will PM you back to tell you what draft year you'll be in.

*Please don't reply to this thread your information. Please PM me.

Cyberfaces:
1. If you already have a cyberface, please send it to cocorita4@yahoo.com

2.If you DON'T have a 2005 cyberface: You can do one or the other:

A. Please send me a good frontal picture to cocorita4@yahoo.com
Please note: Give me a couple of headshape suggestions, a lot of my time is spent on picking headshapes. It would make the whole process faster.

OR

B. Create yourself and save it. Send me the roster file that you saved yourself in. I can just copy your cyberface information through the players dbf file in that save folder you sent me and create you exactly the same in my game.
*Note: people with cyberfaces will be added to a draft class faster than people that don't have cyberfaces.

The Questions:

1.First Name:
2.Last Name:
3.Nickname:
4.Jersey Number:
5.Primary Position:
6.Secondary Position:
7.Birthdate:
8.Height: __' __"
9.Weight: ____ pds
10. School/Country :

Accessories:
Head:
Body:
Arms:
Legs:
Feet: (socks etc..)

Playing Styles: (Please NO RATINGS!)

*Since I will be adding the upcoming players to be scouted, the dbf files doesn't allow me to put numbers for ratings. But it seems I can control what type of player you are. So I'm asking for player types.

Some examples would be:
Slashing SG
Power Center
Three point Specialist
Scoring SG or SF
Passing PG
etc...

Any Questions/Suggestions: PM me. Please don't flood this thread with personal questions about there draft status etc..Just PM me. Let's have fun with this! Thanks.

As we find out more about patching, some rules might be subject to change.

David Aldridge of TNT Sports analyze this year's draft class.....

1.
Image
Image
Chris Taft
6'10" 260 pds
PF

The Lakers select Chris Taft out of the University of Pittsburg. He is no Shaq but in time he might be able to compliment Kobe. He will not start immediately, but look for him to move Odom to the 2 spot. He will need to get stronger and work on his 12-15 foot game. He’s a good kid with a great attitude. I thought Kupchak would go after Klitsie but I guess he felt that Taft would make the Lakers stronger sooner. I personally don’t like this pick as I’ve said that the Lakers need a point. Remember Kobe had an influence on this pick, so this is the guy he wanted from the beginning.
Draft Grade: C

2.
Image
Image
Cyriel Klitsie
6'1" 160 pds
PG

Another Surprise, the Knick’s get a PG. What better person to know about the point position than Isaiah Thomas. This kid must be special if Thomas is going to pass up on size to pick this kid. A quick flashy point that can dish the rock with ease. His outside game is suspect, but if he’s on can control a game like nobody’s business. Commands respect because he can zip right by you or he can find the open man 2 seconds before you know he’s open. Has eyes behind his head and is a very smart player. Needs to mature and get use to the NBA pace. But look for this kid to be New York’s savior, in 2 or 3 years.
Draft Grade: A

Image
3.
Image
Image
Rihards Gromuls
6'9" 225 pds
SF

Everyone and there mother thought, Gromuls (aka Pikss) would be a Laker and shaking Jack Nicholson’s hand every home game. But instead he’ll join a young and upcoming team in the desert. An all around player that can do anything on the court. Just needs to gain confidence and better understanding of the game. Will play well and may challenge for the starting 2 spot. If he adapts quickly look for this to be my vote for Rookie of the Year.
Draft Grade: A+

Image
4.
Image
Image
Andrew Bogut
7'0" 240 pds
PF/C

A virtual unknown before last year at the University of Utah . Has a strong post game but needs a lot of help in the physical department. A good fit because Seattle needs size and an inside game. If he plays well, will be more popular than coffee in Seattle. Has a decent mid game and has the potential to be another Brad Miller clone. Which in the Sonics case would be just fine?
Draft Grade: B+

5.
Image
Image
Johan Petro
7'0" 240 pds
PF/C

The Hawks sporting reigning MVP, Antoine Walker has now gotten a little better with Petro. A very athletic big man. Will not get a lot of playing time but the Hawks hope he will develop fast and start contributing early and often. A natural 1 but might be asked to play center. Can jump out of the gym but the rest of his game is suspect. He went a lot higher than I thought he would, I had him going in the top 20 but not in the lottery. He might make me eat my words if he improves that short game.
Draft Grade: C

6.
Image
Image
Cocobee
6'3" 220 pds
PG/SG

I ranked this kid the number 1 point man in the draft. He had the best freshman year in VCU’s history averaging 35.8 ppg and 9 dimes a game. A natural leader and a cerebral player. When asked he tells people he’s “Bobby Hurly trapped in Jason Kidd’s body and blessed with Vince Carter’s hops.” The sad fact is that it’s true. Decided to go to VCU instead of the NBA last year. But we knew. The Bobcats couldn’t be happier, as Coco fell right onto there lap. An instant starter, will learn the ropes on a nightly basis. Look for this kid to make an impact if he doesn’t hit the rookie wall.
Draft Grade: A

Image
7.
Image
Image
Chris Paul
5'11" 175 pds
PG

The Raptors picked Paul in hopes that he will take Alston’s job. The 2005 ACC’s player of the Year, Paul will be under a lot of pressure to produce. Needs to work on his jumper and size is always a factor. Has his buddy Bosh to help him get acquainted with the NBA game. I’m not completely sold on this pick but I have a gut feeling about this kid. We’ll see if this pans out.
Draft Grade: B

8.
Image
Image
Rashad McCants
6'3" 207 pds
SG

The Cavs get the most athletic player in the draft in McCants. Scary to think about James and McCants on the same team. Only question is, will the gym be big enough? A super pick for the Cavs! Enough said. McCants can only get better.
Draft Grade: A

9.
Image
Image
Tiago Splitter
6'11" 236 pds
PF

10.(From the Blazers)
Image
Image
John Gilchrist
6'2" 201 pds
PG

The Warriors got the next 2 picks. Thanks to the Blazers. They took Splitter, a little bit of a tweaker. Nobody really knows anything about his kid. But word is he’s got some game. Will get a lot of PT early. Let’s see if he can handle it. The next pick is what got the grade! Gilchrist is a beast with an attitude. He will now go and prove (again) that he was overlooked. Has a great basketball mind with a heart bigger than his frame. Will be a starter by mid season. The Warriors did well, Splitter might blow up in there face but Gilchrist will be a solid point man in the League.
Draft Grade: B+

11.
Image
Image
Nemanja Aleksandrov
6'11" 210 pds
SF/PF

The Wizards grab Aleksandrov. Another unknown European but seems to have a lot of potential. You can’t teach size and this kid has plenty of it! Will play the 1 at first but look for this kid to move to the 2 with ease. Will not get a lot of playing time but with some time might become a solid player.
Draft Grade: C-

12.
Image
Image
Martynas Andriuskevicius
7'3" 240 pds
C/PF

The Heat get hotter with this pick. Imagine Shaq, now imagine a 7’3” giant next to Shaq. You have just seen Miami’s frontline this year. The thought of these 2 blocking the lane is scary! If anything this kid will learn a lot from Shaq and will be a very dominate player in his own right in about 3 or 4 years. The Heat have a lot of good things to look forward too with Shaq aging and this kid following his footsteps. Shaq might have a couple more titles under his belt before it’s all said and done.
Draft Grade: A

13.
Image
Image
Isma'il Muhammad
6'6" 228 pds
SG/SF

The Clippers got a high wire act in Muhammad. A surprise pick but this kid will get the attention of many NBA fans as he dunks and slashes his way. The Lakers will not be the only L.A. team to watch! The Clippers have a young nucleus with Brand, Livingston, Maggette and now Muhammad. Look out. I smell Playoffs for the Clippers. He might be the missing player they need to complete the chemistry.
Draft Grade: B

Reigning League MVP, Antoine Walker graces the cover of EA Sports basketball Title: NBA Live 2006. This will be the second time Walker has made an NBA Live cover (NBA Live 99). Antoine won his first MVP award last season.

The Utah Jazz's Carlos Boozer is the coverboy for ESPN's Basketball title this year. Carlos made a big splash as a prize free agent aquisition for the Jazz last year. This is Boozer's first cover for any video game.
