Dumars did something dirty to Marbury on that dunk

Pretty solid record at .500 in the last 6 games heading into All-Star break. At least you didn't drop dramitically in the update.

yeah, it was a pretty nasty dunk....a nasty facial dunk....

yep, all is solid....I've reached the status of another solid East team like the Celtics, 76ers, etc who are good enough to win half their games, but not good enough to make any noise in the playoffs....

Marbury's lucky he didn't get his hand broken with his stupidity on that dunk block attempt

He got "worse" by "That Gay" later on , I guess...   That would teach marbs to not go for stupid blocks on Dumars' teammates... 'cause Guy can give literal meaning to the expression "f**k a guy over"

Okay, enough with the "Marbury being sexually victimised" jokes... I'll let you get on with the Dynasty...

Hey, what happened to those German packer girls :?:

do not fear....am on a break at work at the moment....my mate doesn't arrive from Wellington till tonight, so I'll be able to do small update of All-Star starters after work....am not heading down to the Gold Coast until tomorrow....hopefully weather improves :(

Thu May 05, 2005 12:00 pm

Okay then. Don't worry mate, I'll keep your thread on the surface while you're gone posting some in-depth analysis of your roster... in bits

Time to go to bed, even a Vampire must get his ZZZs

Thu May 05, 2005 12:09 pm

what do ya do at the Gold Coast ??
is there another Big Day Out ? ^^

and what about those packer girls ?
do they have to be german or is this an irrelevant fact ?

damn... i shouldn't pump my mind up with all those questions and grab some sleep, too

sounds good....interested to see what others think I should do this off-season, apart from make a run at Dwayne Wade :D

pHLo wrote:what do ya do at the Gold Coast ??

nah, just got free accommodation down there for the weekend....we have a birthday to go to on the Saturday night, so that's the main reason for going down....Big Day Out is only once a year in January after all

pHLo wrote:and what about those packer girls ?

we got 2 German backpackers staying with us in the hotel/unit etc....my mate met them in his travels in the UK....I'm sure they'll be happy to get out of the hostels for a couple of nights....don't know what the sleeping arrangements will be though  but then again, they might be "good from far, but far from good" but we'll see....I don't really give a shite, just out for a good time with an old mate, whatever happens....

FOUR BOBCATS TO SHINE AT ALL-STAR WEEKEND

It was announced today that Gilbert Arenas and Emeka Okafor were named as reserves for the Eastern Conference All-Stars. Okafor is making his 2nd All-Star appearance as he appeared in the showcase event as a rookie. Arenas is making his 1st ever All-Star appearance, which is long overdue for the star guard.

Fan voting has been tallied and the following players will start in the All-Star Game....

Charlotte will also have 2 representatives in the Rookie-Sophomore Game as last season's Rookie of the Year Guy Dumars will once again play in this game. However, this time he will play for the opposite team and will be flanked by teammate Andrew "The X" Watson who was one of the last sophomores picked to come off the bench for the Sophomores.

The starters for the Rookie-Sophomore Game are as follows....

And finally, All-Star guard Gilbert Arenas will appear in the 3pt Shootout for the 2nd straight season after a solid showing in last year's competition. He'll hope to do a little better this season.

Sorry guys, no time for any analysis of the selections....feel free to comment between yourselves about the selections, including NLSC-er Seraph starting for the rookies....I got a feeling that the rookies will also have Mark Moore on the squad....Dweaver is a possibility as well, but will probably just miss out....should be interesting though.....

no Slam Dunk entrants this season so I am going to just add my own entrants....I'm think Josh Smith, Silva Biason and 2 others....

anyway, off now....keep up good work guys

Hey, do you think I'll be in the Rookie/Sophomore game?

I think you got a 50-50 shot of making it....but I think you'll be edged out by a Frenchman

yep, good to have 2 All-Stars....guess the winning helped....and I even scraped into Sophomore team :o

CripwalkinK wrote:That's kool! My team in my other dynasty, everyone was in the starting lineup

:o that's crazy....although I hope that never happens to me as it kills the realism a little bit....but all good....

jxuusa wrote:still chance to be on the bench?

you've always got hope....I noticed your performances in the start of February were starting to improve, so there's still hope....

John WB wrote:Nice job getting in ASW. Too bad you have no starters in the ASG.

Sit wrote:ur mate got arrested? wat for... mooning the police?

 nah, he doesn't know what for....too drunk I guess....I figure he fell down some stairs or something....not sure....b-day party at the club was really good....I warned him before we had the 1st shot of bacardi 151, chartreus & tabasco sauce....I gave him the hell warnings before the 2nd one, which we did after he had forgotten we had already had the 1st shot, and after it, that was the last I saw of him

good to catch up with him though....some classic memories....

Mon May 09, 2005 8:41 pm

Lol sounds like you had some good old times, lots of blurred memories. We just had the Crusaders - Highlanders game, got hell pissed, actually turned very abusive towards highlander supporters

Snapped a few flags etc.

Anyway look foward to your next update.
