I'm honored by that. Appreciate it a lot! :)

But yeah, I'm between work and my old home now for the past weeks and don't know when I'll return to my current home.

It's been hectic. Haven't played NBA Live in 3 weeks. Played 2K though yesterday at a friends house.

Miami only had 3 games in the month of January. They went 2-1, which doesn't say much. The big news in Florida was the deal between two teams, both located in Florida. Orlando Magic sent Forward Rashard Lewis and a couple of rookies to the Heat for Tyson Chandler, CJ Miles and Sean Williams. This deal has been criticized by many experts and critics, as Miami's starting C is shorter then SF and PF. Haslem is 6'8, whilst Beasley is 6'11 and Lewis is 6'10. In the first game, Haslem posted a double-double and the Heat weren't outrebounded. But one game doesn't say anything. The Heat might be looking at some size with Kyle Korver's expiring contract being a good trade bait.

Rookie Rankings - January Edition
* Rookie leader. Only 2-3 best performances from now on.

1. Albano Spagnoletti | Minnesota Timberwolves | 9-9 * Missed games due to injury.
| 20.5 PPG | 7.0 RPG | 4.9 APG | 1.60 SPG | 1.27 BPG |

Spagnoletti does all the little things well. He's not the top scorer among rookies, not the best rebounder nor is he the best passer. But as his team was losing without him and are now on a playoff picture with him, he stands on top. But the injury has left a sign, he's not as explosive as he was in the beginning of the year.

    VS CHA | L 95-96
    32 minutes, 14 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 5 steals, 1 block, 3 turnovers, 2 fouls, 5-12 FG, 2-4 3PT, 2-2 FT
    VS LAL | L 105-106
    34 minutes, 13 points, 8 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, 1 block, 2 turnovers, 0 fouls, 5-11 FG, 1-5 3PT, 2-3 FT

2. William Sit | New York Knicks | 5-12
| 21.1 PPG | 3.1 RPG | 4.0 APG| 1.67 SPG | 0.48 BPG |

The Knicks are back where you have found them the last couple of years - rock bottom. Sit is often the only player to reach double figures. Rumors are circulating in the "Big Apple" that Sit could play in the All-Star Game. Nothing has been confirmed yet. A website supporting it has been launched.

    VS POR | L 73-93
    41 minutes, 29 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals, 1 block, 4 turnovers, 1 foul, 11-26 FG, 3-7 3PT, 4-7 FT
    VS ORL | W 104-99
    39 minutes, 29 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals, 1 block, 1 turnover, 3 fouls, 11-22 FG, 3-4 3PT, 4-6 FT
    VS BOS | L 94-106
    40 minutes, 23 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists, 4 steals, 1 block, 1 turnover, 3 fouls, 9-23 FG, 3-10 3PT, 2-2 FT

3. Karl Peebo | Sacramento Kings | 8-10
| 17.6 PPG | 10.5 RPG | 4.0 APG | 1.33 SPG | 2.06 BPG |

Peebo is averaging a double-double for the season after 18 games and will most likely finish like that. His 2.06 blocks per game are in the top 10 in the league. That's impressive considering his size disadvantage.

    VS WAS | W 95-76
    39 minutes, 32 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists, 0 steals, 2 blocks, 4 turnovers, 4 fouls, 12-23 FG, 4-4 3PT, 4-5 FT
    VS LAC | W 99-85
    43 minutes, 27 points, 12 rebounds, 7 assists, 1 steal, 3 blocks, 1 turnover, 3 fouls, 12-24 FG, 2-5 3PT, 1-1 FT

4. Lenny Crabman | Memphis Grizzlies | 6-9
| 19.5 PPG | 4.9 RPG | 5.1 APG | 2.13 SPG | 0.60 BPG |

Crabman has decreased his stats in every statistical category. His 2.13 steals per game still ranks in the top 5 in the league.

    VS MIL | W 107-92
    40 minutes, 15 points, 4 rebounds, 9 assists, 2 steals, 2 blocks, 3 turnovers, 1 foul, 7-11 FG, 0-3 3PT, 1-3 FT
    VS BOS | W 77-75
    37 minutes, 20 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 4 steals, 0 blocks, 0 turnovers, 2 fouls, 7-16 FG, 3-7 3PT, 3-3 FT
    VS HOU | L 82-104
    42 minutes, 20 points, 11 rebounds, 6 assists, 1 steal, 1 block, 3 turnovers, 3 fouls, 7-17 FG, 2-7 3PT, 4-5 FT

5. Carl Cruz | Washington Wizards | 5-12
| 17.7 PPG | 4.5 RPG | 5.5 APG | 1.47 SPG | 0.53 BPG |

Cruz is getting better every game. However, the Wizards went through January without a win. Cruz can opt out of his contract and he just might, considering their current situation. He had his worst shooting night of the season against Sacramento, stats below.

    VS ORL | L 83-106
    42 minutes, 16 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals, 1 block, 2 turnovers, 4 fouls, 6-21 FG, 1-5 3PT, 3-4 FT
    VS LAL | L 93-108
    34 minutes, 12 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, 0 steals, 1 block, 2 turnovers, 1 foul, 5-11 FG, 1-3 3PT, 1-1 FT
    VS CHA | L 66-84
    42 minutes, 18 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, 1 steal, 0 blocks, 2 turnovers, 4 fouls, 6-16 FG, 0-1 3PT, 6-7 FT

    37 minutes, 5 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, 1 block, 0 turnovers, 2 fouls, 1-18 FG, 0-3 3PT, 3-4 FT

6. Oskar Tikka | Seattle Supersonics | 7-10
| 15.2 PPG | 6.6 RPG | 2.5 APG | 1.29 SPG | 1.00 BPG |

    VS ATL| L 97-99
    39 minutes, 11 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steals, 1 blocks, 2 turnovers, 2 fouls, 4-11 FG, 0-0 3PT, 3-3 FT
    VS POR | L 109-111
    46 minutes, 27 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal, 2 blocks, 2 turnovers, 4 fouls, 9-14 FG, 1-1 3PT, 8-9 FT

Wade's double-double powers Heat over Atlanta
-------------------------------------------------------------

Image
Wade was often hacked, as he went to the line 14 times.

Image

Joe Johnson didn't make a field goal the entire game, but Mike Bibby and Jermaine O'Neal were hot and
the Heat had to fight hard to beat the Hawks.

Rashard Lewis was still hot as he made all of his shots he attempted. He attempted only 6 field goals, but
racked up 20 points. Once again he was spectacular in the second half, where he made 3 threes. Straight.

The Heat played hard and no-one really struggled, but the Heat couldn't contain Bibby and O'Neal and were
down by 7 at the half. Atlanta increased the lead to 16 points in the third, but after Rashard Lewis' short
show and some buckets from Wade, the Heat were down by only one.

The fourth was sort of D-Wade vs Atlanta type of deal. Flash had 4 assists and 12 points in the final period.
He also made the team's last 8 free throws to seal the deal, not missing one.

Wade finished with 28 points and 11 assists. Bibby and O'Neal combined for 61 points, while Joe Johnson scored
7 points, only on free throws.

Next game : American Airlines Center VS Dallas Mavericks (11-7) 10.30 PM

Image
Dwyane Wade : 28 points, 11 assists, 4 rebounds, 8-14 FG, 12-14 FT [POTG]
Rashard Lewis : 20 points, 5 rebounds, 6-6 FG, 4-4 3PT, 4-4 FT
Rajon Rondo : 20 points, 8-13 FG, 4-5 FT
Kyle Korver, Udonis Haslem, Michael Beasley : 10 points (each)

Jermaine O'Neal : 30 points, 6 rebounds, 3 blocks, 13-21 FG
Mike Bibby : 31 points, 6 assists, 11-17 FG, 5-7 3PT
Wally Szczerbiak : 21 points, 6 rebounds, 9-16 FG

Well-made dynaty. I've checked it out a few times, but wasn't a regular because of my dislike of the Heat, your team being champs and this being in the dynasty section. It is a very well-made, and was enjoyable to read from start to finish. Love the presentation and the players you got, and I think this will have a place in the Dynasty HOF.

Check out my Warriors Association everybody!

Martti, finally an update :)

Very pleased, love the screenshots! And yeah man, I bet you that I started my own website for ASG voting

It would be cool to be in the All-Star Game... but if the Knicks don't bring me some support, I want to demand a trade :P

An article about Michael Parmer is coming soon!
Also, when you predict now, please note it's only Lewis' threes made. I'll change it in the last recap also.

Nice trade and nice signing. I assume that the trade was only for money saving, I'd never trade Korver for Foster :P I always liked White, he has posted some incredible dunks in his career.

How is that Sit is starting in ASG and I don't even start for Rookies-Sophs? That's not fair, man.
