Great job your doing here Michy, sorry i havent posted much but ive been busy, and only just get enough time to read let alone post.
My pet peeve with your dynasty...... Get Kobe better numbers!! I'm neither a lover or a hater of Kobe but I hate seeing good players average not so good numbers
BTW I think it looks more clean now how you present the recaps, I especially like your use of links to the other games that have been played.
Good Luck for the rest of the season, Ill be sure to be watching.

Thanks, and yeah i will try to make Kobe's number more decent, i'm just struggling against those texas team.
About the new format, yeah i think its look more clean and less stress in detailing the recaps.
Few more updates later...

LAKERS TRADE RUMOR
A reliable source said that after Milicic-George trade between Lakers and Pistons didn't materialized, another trade rumor was now making a buzz inside Lakers locker room. The source said that Lakers Coach Rudy T was not happy on how his point guards playing in the few games. This forced Coach Rudy T to use Bryant more on playing point but this affect the game of Bryant.
Lakers were looking at Chicago Bulls’ Kirk Hinrich. With the emergence of rookie Ben Gordon, the Bulls were willing to shop Hinrich if they can get quality players in return.
Sources added that Lakers were studying the possibility of trading Butler and Walton for Hinrich and another player as a salary filler. Butler was the 3rd option in scoring for the Lakers and came up big in some of Lakers win. Walton, a fan favorite, wasn’t able to log enough minutes because of many small forward in the team.
The Chicago Bulls also studying this trade and were hoping this trade will not be another bad trade as they usually done in the past.

Another trade i was considering but need some advice from you guys. Do you think this is a good realistic trade?? Do i rip Bulls with this trade?

NBA Live-wise, it's a pretty fair trade....
as for my opinion, I think trade is a little unfair due to the fact the Bulls already have a few good SF's in Deng and Nocioni. Butler and Walton would just clog up their SF position.
Maybe give up a PG in trade, like Atkins (even though he sucks) or Vujacic, with Butler for Hinrich & salary scrubber.....
just a thought though.....

I think you definately rip the bulls with this one. Hinrich could become a franchise player and is a rock solid point guard. But...for nba live standards it's pretty fair.
btw....nice dynasty

Thanks for the suggestions, il try to come up with another trade proposal.JP_Frost wrote:I think you definately rip the bulls with this one. Hinrich could become a franchise player and is a rock solid point guard. But...for nba live standards it's pretty fair.

thanks for liking my dynasty. About the trade well i know how good hinrich was in real and in Live. in Live well , kirk rated 67 while Butler is 68 and Walton at 62. if i get another player rated 55. it think Bulls got the advantage on that.
But oh well, that why i'm asking for suggestions, honestly even though i struggle with atkins aas my starting PG, i dont want to let go of Butler. Though his not that effective as in real life, I want to play with all of my players. The idea of trading for Butler was to have a point guard for my next season plus i want to slide Odom down and put a rookie (that's me
) on the starting PF.
Wed Dec 22, 2004 5:06 am
I think you should pull the trigger on a similiar trade. Try getting rid of Butler. This way you can play Odom at the SF spot & place yourself in as the rookie PF. (Don't make yourself all 99 though, but I doubt you'll be doing that.)
Anyways, perhaps you should look for a lesser known PG. This way the focus can stay on Bryant, Odom & you for the next season. Just a role player kind of PG.
Enjoying the dynasty btw, I read, don't post as much but I do read.
Wed Dec 22, 2004 6:33 am
well, i'm liking the idea of trading george and someone for hinrich, or like butler and walton, cause you really need a good pg and none of these guys here are any help to you if you know what i mean. i'm really interested in if you are able to make a move or not.
i also agree with the idea of getting a lesser known pg, cause he may become something special
Wed Dec 22, 2004 12:00 pm
idk about the trade, great live wise but not in real life. i was thinking you should try to take a chance on a point guard who hasnt had a chance to prove himself. just look around for teams with young guards(or old) and see if you think they can produce. i myself am doing this right now with the same position and will probably pull off a trade before my next bi monthly update. its your dynasty so you should do whatever you feel is best though!
Wed Dec 22, 2004 12:22 pm
i agree with trubucksfan, i think you should go with a pg that hasn't really proved himself, but has alot of potential. maybe you could go after jason kidd since they were talking about him possibly going to the lakers, but if you want to go after a pg ill say try the mavs. maybe go after armstrong or terry. it's reasonable since the mavs have 3 pg's and devin harris is probably their future. terry would be a solid addition to your team, but i think you would have to give the mavs something like a pf/sf like brian cook and more for him.
edit: i really like the way you have kept your original roster from the beginning. it makes your dynasty very realistic and i kinda would hate for you to make a trade right now, but as long as it is realistic i guess. im amazed at how far this dynasty has gone and you have the most pages for any dynasty right now. keep up the good work
