thanks, well when I played the East (1st half) AI wasn´t that good, but in the 4th he simply exploded.
I liked it more to play with J-Kidd or Arenas.

Shing wrote:Awesome recaps man, I like your highlights too are you gonna continue them in the regular season?

I may do a top 5 for each game, but not a big highlight vid, like you do it.
It´s a nice idea, but it´s a good work and I dont have that much time, due school and stuff ...

Thanks! Well it´s like always when you play a dynasty, the Alll-Stars are so strange.
LBJ was injured vs my Knicks, but he was able to play two days before the ASG ..... he wasn´t on the East Roster and no Tim Duncan no Kevin Garnett just strange ...

NEW YORK, February 18 (Ticker)---

Today the New York Knicks and the Dallas Mavericks announced a trade, which will send Keith Van Horn to the Knicks in exchange for Jalen Rose. Both sides said they like this trade very much and wish their former players best luck with their new teams.

"We weren´t happy with Jalen´s performances lately and his contract is big, and two years left. Keith is a good player, he can shoot, score inside and also make the three. And the most important fact is, that his contract is expiring, which will help us to get our salary problem done.", GM C. Hov said, and made clear that Van Horn will have to play very well for a new, clearly lower contract.

For Dallas this trade might be big, because they lost a player, who is well known for his weak clutch game, and in playoffs you don´t need such a player.
Since the salary of both is similar, at 15.69M, there is no problem for the Mavs.

"Actually we didn´t want to execute any trades, but when C. Hov told us about his plan, we had to accept.
Jalen is a NBA veteran, he can take big shots, this can be important in playoffs. I also have to say his playing style is a little bit more unselfish than Keith´ one. With our smaller problems in the backcourt he might help us creating a ball-sharing offense
, Mark Cuban claimed.

Image
Jalen Rose, a 11-year veteran who will play for his 6th team, is averaging 5.9 PPG, 1.1 RPG and 0.9 APG this season.
Jalen Rose didn´t say anything about his trade until now, but if he wants to win, he should be happy about this one.

Image

Keith Van Horn, a 8-year veteran and well known player, because of his clutch deficite, is averaging 4.1 PPG, 2.7 RPG and 1.1 APG in 14.1 MPG.
Keith Van Horn said he will do anything to play postseason basketball, especially for the critique he earned for his former playoffs performance.

Very realistic trade (Y) (Y)
You got an expiring contract, and Dallas got player with big contract for two years, which will end along with Jerry Stackhouse. Lots of money to resign Howard :P
Hope you will also get some benefit from Van Horn in game, not only his expiring contract.

Good trade, Jalen is gettin old and don't do much. Van Horn will help u on the perimeter and on offense overall, but he'll struggle on defense.

thx, well he wont be able to replace Quentin Richardson in the starting 5, but he could replace Crawford as my best 6th man.

Hmm.. strange, I must admit I planned this trade for long time, but wanted to keep it secret :)

SAN ANTONIO, February 21 (Ticker) ---
It was the 10th loss for the New York Knicks this season, and after a strong start it was clearly deserved.

The Knicks had a strong start into the game, Stephon Marbury took contol of their offense fromm the very first possesion.
Although the frontcourt of the Spurs is better when you take a look at the lineups, Marbury made it possible for Frye and Curry to get the chance for easy baskets with his pinpoint passes.

He had 5 assist in the first, Jamaal Crawford made all of his 6 points in the first.
For the Spurs, Nick Van Exel made 6 points and Bruce Bowen added 5.
The Knicks led by 3, 24-21.

In the second quarter, the Spurs did way better.
Tim Duncan, doubled most of the game cleaned up the glass, 5 rebounds for him and Manu Ginobili scored all of his 6 points in the 2nd, but after missing on three open three pointers, Michael Finley entered the game on the guard spot.
He played up big and made 9 points.
Channing Frye scored points for the Knicks and also dished out 2 of his season high 4 assists.
Keith Van Horn, newly acquired from Dallas scored 5 points.
But the Spurs were able to even the game, 52-52.

After the break the Knicks lost their rhythm.
The Spurs, led by Finley, finally started to play like a champ does.
They played old school, the point guards led the way and they played tough D.
Beno Udrih had 3 of his 5 assists, Nick Van Exel dished out 4 in the 3rd.
Micheal Finley scored 7 points, Tim Duncan added 6.
For New York Stephon Marbury and Steve Francis combined for 12 points, but although they had many 2nd chances the Knicks weren´t able to connect on several jumpers.
The Spurs led by 9, 68-77.

In the last quarter the Spurs played down the clock, and made the shots they needed.
Although New York did better now, they weren´t able to reach the Spurs.
With another 7 points by Finley and six added by Horry, San Antonio took the win easily in the 4th, 94-101.

The Player Of The Game was Michael Finley with 27 points, 4 rebounds and 1 steal and assist.

The Dunk Of The Night was a sick putback by Eddy Curry, The Play Of The Game was a connection of Fabricio Oberto and Tim Duncan.

For New York Stephon Marbury had 17 points and 11 assists, Channing Frye 16 and 11 rebounds (6 off. boards) and Steve Francis 16 points.

For San Antonio Tim Duncan had 12 points and 10 rebounds, Nick Van Exel 14 and 6 assists and Robert Horry 14, Bruce Bowen 13.

A tough but expected loss for the Knicks.

"We will bounce back, this one was weak, we all know that, but Denver is a team we can beat, watch out for our next games", Steph Marbury said.

I like the 'play of the game' feature. Sucks your backcourt couldn't step up against the Spurs.

thx, glad you like it, well I didnt try it too often, cuz the first time I was slashing with Marbury I got blocked by "TD", that gave me a lil bit more respect I have to admit.
