HEy I'm All about team sacrifice...it's been one crazy week in the Dynasties here. But if it's in the game...it's in the game.

Suggestion, I think the first page of this Dynasty should be dedicated to in season averages. Would that be too tough? That was we can see how many points out MVP has and how many DNP's I'l be getting... (j/k)

all the bench players aren't that bad, but sometimes you just play 4 minutes and although you make 5 points in this time your stats don't speak well, but you're player is always helpful from the bench (especially for 3pointers)

After an awesome show before the game the players were finally introduced:

It was a very rough game with many fouls especially on the eastern side (3 players got fouled out, J.O'Neal, V.Carter & B.Wallace).

Tim Duncan got very furious on the court after several hard fouls on him.

The game was dominated by two players, Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce.

At the end the western all-stars won the game with 120-119, everything else would have been unfair.
Kevin Garnett got named MVP of the all-star game.
Mark Moore had 7 Points, but he only shot 2/11 from the field :( .

Jason Richardson of the Golden State Warriors won the Slam Dunk Contest with an impressive dunk against Fred Jones (IND), Chris Andersen (DEN), KevC (MEM) & Gerald Wallace (SAC).
