Love this dynasty mate, my clear favourite at the moment, the writing is top shit, very realistic IMHO!

ROFL, thanks for ruining it, jerk. :P

Sun Jan 15, 2006 8:57 am

I havent ruined anything! :P

Sun Jan 15, 2006 2:19 pm

where do you come up with all this? i love how your not being accepted and your kind of an outsider. its a real good approach

Sun Jan 15, 2006 2:47 pm

The guy in the story is sort of like me... hes got my attitudes and beliefs and personality I guess. But of course, I had a different story because last year when I was chosen to lead my sports house, I was accepted and we did really well and everyone looked up to me. On a contrasting note, my basketball team was different. Coach agreed with me that I was the right guy to be the vocal guy on the court and stuff.. it didnt work out cause half of the team didn't accept me. In the end, we lost the premiership by 3 games, all lost by 3 points. So by modelling this story's Will Sit... u can see a paralell universe me I guess.

If that makes sense!

Sun Jan 15, 2006 2:53 pm

hm. very creative idea.
if i did a story with a dynasty repersenting who i am, players would be putting tramplines in practice and start doing flips and having fights with other teams one second, then being the peacemaker the next second.

XD

put up the other one soon. sydney tyson? lol

Sun Jan 15, 2006 4:08 pm

sydney tyson! (Y)

Dont worry bout it! U will understand eventually!

It doesn't, but as the other guy said, I enjoy reading your writing. As long as Salim's the man, it's good. :) I don't like Kobe, but whatever, if you gotta trade for him, I guess ya gotta trade for him. Assuming Mr. Wilson says OK of course.

Hawks Four Game Recap

Image

6 Nov, Atlanta AP - Hawks stars Al Harrington and Joe Johnson helped Atlanta claw back from an 8 point deficit late in the final quarter but were unable to steal the win from the visiting Boston Celtics. The Celtics' Paul Pierce was just too good for the home side as he scored on back to back three point shots to lead his team to a hard thought victory.

The Hawks who never led in the game, got as close to as being tied with the Celtics at 94-94 with 1:11 left in the game. Johnson scored a team and season high 29 points while Harrington chipped in 23. Paul Pierce scored 38, 10 and 4 while Raef Lafrentz added a dominating 22 and 13.

Paul Pierce came to the rescue of his team as he scored a trey from the baseline on the left hand side of the court and putting Boston ahead by 3 with 48.2 seconds left in the match. Tyronn Lue then missed his own three point attempt on the other end before Pierce grabbed the rebound and took it back down court. The 6'6" swingman then passed the ball in to Raef Lafrentz who popped the rock back out to an open Pierce at the top of the key. Pierce then continued on to sink a daggar through the hearts of the Hawks with 29.1 left. Joe Johnson made a consolation basket as time expired.

22 Nov, Atlanta AP - Rookie Derron Williams showed the Hawks what they missed out on as the third overall draft pick put on a show in the fourth quarter with his blitzing passes and brilliant leadership. The rookie PG scored 19 points but most importantly recorded 5 of his 7 dimes in the final period.

The Jazz who fell behind early slowly crept their way back into the game and trailed by 12 going into the final quarter. It was then Williams who initiated an unanswered 11-0 scoring run, all of the baskets coming off of his passes. Williams led all the starters who scored in double figures and looked ended the night on top of his rookie compatriot Marvin Williams of the Hawks. The Jazz and the Hawks kept the game close to the dying moments of the game until the Jazz found a way to score three unanswered baskets in the final minute to grab a win in Atlanta.

Joe Johnson led Atlanta with 24 points and 9 assists as Josh Childress threw 22 and 7 boards into the mix. Al Harrington struggled to find his rhythm ending the game with 8 and 8, while shooting 4 for 11 from the field. Carlos Boozer top scored for Utah with 22 and 11. Andrei Kirilenko added 17, Gordon Giricek had 14 and Greg Ostertag scored 12.

23 Nov, Seattle AP - The Hawks collapsed to a 1-3 record as they lost back to back games in very close matches. A night after losing by 7 to the Utah Jazz after squandering a 12 point lead going into the final quarter, the Hawks lost this time to the Supersonics despite holding an 11 point lead going into the fourth.

Ray Allen and Rashard Lewis both combined to score 80 of the Sonics' 109 points. Allen added 7 rebounds and 10 assists in a near triple double while Danny Fortson was a key to the Sonics' comeback down the stretch by grabbing 17 rebounds. Joe Johnson scored 27 points to lead a more balanced scoring effort from the Hawks who had their starters combine for 85 of their points. Josh Smith let his team down by turning over the ball 7 times, including two turnovers that cost his team the win during the OT period.

The game was a high flying affair as both teams kept going on scoring runs, trying to outdo each other's last scoring streak. Marvin Williams made the most of his two free throws at the end of regulation to force overtime with 1.8 seconds left. He was foulled hard by Danny Fortson who left the game with a flagrant foul.

The overtime period was dominated by Allen who scored 8 of his 44 points in the extra time. The Hawks scored twice in the first minute of OT but couldn't keep up with the run 'n' gun Sonics who let Allen do all the work.

28 Nov, Atlanta AP - There was chaos at the Phillips Arena when the Hawks hosted the Knicks. As the New York Knicks handed the Hawks their fourth straight defeat and a 0-4 record for November, Al Harrington handed GM Will Sit with a deadly punch. The 21 year old GM of the Hawks remains in hospital for further check up on his injury after a blow to the head from the 6'9" Harrington.

The incident began after the Hawks had called a timeout with 2:06 left in the game. Will Sit was reportedly taunted by Harrington and head coach Mike Woodson before the man challenged Harringotn to a fist fight. Sit later regained conciousness before being taken to hospital. The game's final 2 minutes were played out half an hour after the timeout was initially called.

PG Stephon Marbury put on a show for the Hawks as he racked up 34 points, 7 assists and 3 steals. Earlier in the season, Marbury was traded to the Hawks but the deal fell through before it was approved by the NBA. Former Bulls C Eddy Curry added 13 and 17 as the Knicks easily held off the home team for the win. Joe Johnson led five guys in double digits with 19 while the troublesome Al Harrington finished with 11 and 10 on 5 for 18 shooting.

ummm... interesting thing is... I had a grade 4 teacher named Mr Wilson. Never had him as a teacher tho. One day he sent some stupid grade 4's to get me to talk to him (i was 5th grade) and i called him a bastard. It was worth 1 week of detention! And i havent forgot it since.. u could say we never got along!

feel free, I'm not using it anymore....and besides, I'm liking your multiple game recap style slightly better than mine....and I think Micchy was 1st to use multiple game recaps

as for what will happen next....Hawks will suspend Al Harrington (like Artest and Francis IRL), Will Sit will be put on probation once he recovers....Sit will trade Al as the board finally allows one of his trades
