Can somebody please update the roster for nba2k9 acording to current player ratings for 2k10. Or is there any way to convert the roster?

there isnt a way to do it with a program or anything
if you want this, you are going to need to goto operationsports, look at the ratings in their 2k10 screenshots, and manually update it
