NBA 2k9 PC Problem? Need some help.?

Hello everyone just want to ask if what is the problem if NBA 2k9 suddenly just quit. I can play the game well and everything runs fine(no lag or what so ever) but sometimes it just suddenly quits. I try to reinstall it but the same thing happen, i could play NBA 2k9 for more than 5hrs sometimes but mostly just less than 10mins then it suddenly quits on its own or rarely while playing NBA 2k9 my computer just suddenly reboot on its own. I also installed the patch but still no good. I think my pc pass all requirements. I am also running at the least possible setting. Everything is Low...

My PC specs:

AMD athlon 64 X2 Dual Core processor 6000+ 3.01ghz,
1GB RAM
Windows XP professional Service Pack 2
Nvidia GeForce 6150SE (256 MB)
Direct X 10

Then This is the Game Requirements:

Pls tell me if there are any programs that conflicts to Nba 2k9(any program you know, I might have installed it) or something in my specs are low.

DX 10 for xp

anyway i think its your GPU.. i suggest you upgrade to a more powerful one

It's your gpu that is the problem, it is below the minimum requirements.
