Airballs all time in practice and game

Hello guys

One year with this game and i dont have problems never but...

I reinstall all computer-windows xp last week . I installed nba 2k9 to steam with the dvd, Steam update the game...All is fine to here.

when i go to practice garnett do airballs every time , and the game seems not updated... i saw in saves folder but the cache folder has only one archive!!


i erase all this folders, reinstall the game,registry files, directx,everything. I read in a forum that the Vsinc should be but not work!

Oh yea i forget this: mapping the pad "Press tho selet buttoN" phrase blinks much faster than when the game was correct.

toggle the physX setting in the nvidia control panel if it's off, turn it on, or vice versa, I forget the solution but try that

just change 1 setting in game to ON. dont know which one though

In-game and in your video card control panel, set V-Sync to On, or always On.

Whenever I play 1 on 1 with my bro or his friends, if I airball a shot (usually a double pump fadeaway cause I'm such a good shooter ) they say "perfect release" lol. I'll try the vsync thing.

yeah that happened to me also.. I had like 400-500 fps in practice..
turn vsync on to limit it
