ChillBally, we appreciate the help, but it's not right to lead people on like this. Screenshots or Ban, and I am serious. I don't care if they are buggy screenshots, just show that you made it playable on a videocard that doesn't support shader model 3.0. You have 24 hours.

Now i am right chillbally is just making this things up to make us think that he really has the game and he was able to make it work to a crappy 5200fx video card

Ok guys, i have been playing around with 3D-Analyze and so far i can see the starting screen and i can navigate my way throught stuff. but all the menu buttons and interface are all screwd. the shaders just make it grey and stuff making it almost imposible to know what you are doing.

To get to this stage i have only had to check the following box:

Skip Pixel Shader Version 1.1

I will keep playing around, I advise you guys to help me and do the same.

thanks. please help us. im spent 4-5 hrs yesterday trying to figure out how to get the game to work using the 3d program. Bioshock 2 which is a 2ksports has the same system requirement nba2k9 has. the people that are using bioshock 2 was available to use their game with shader model 2.0 instead of 3.0. they converted the pixels shaders for their game somehow. so, i know it is possible that it can be done.

i got the game to work with Andyman's settings but its very laggy and it crashes when i play the game. its a sign though that its working.

Enough with this "screens" talk, when we have the final solution you won't even need screens. But as of now I have just bought a new video card off ebay. I tried my best and I will keep trying for you guys until my package arrives.

You guys should contact Boris from the ENBseries site and see if he can make something that changes the shaders from 3.0 to 2.0 or less. He might be interested since it is a good looking game already.

there are none. if you don't have shader support then you can't play the game

well if you have a laptop then thats not possible, genius. so why don't you try to give a solution other than a new video card.don't just bash other people.

He's bluffing, telling us he played 2k9 by the use of 3danalyzer but doesn't give us any screenshots he told he would give, how would we know if ur telling he truth huh?


Anyways, I have a video card nvidia geforce fx 5500, is this enough to play the game?? coz I will get my 2k9 tommorow and will buy another card if this 3danalyzer wont work, keep it up guys

i don't know how my computer can't support it. I bought a brand new gateway t-1625 laptop with a radeon x1250 video card. im sure it should play it.
