NBA2k9 PATCH for CAP PLAYER extension

Is there a patch in NBA2k9 for us to extend the create a player limit? I successfully created the rookies for nba season 2010-2011 from John Wall to Gordon Hayward but all their names are FIRST LAST bcoz the game crashes when I edit the first and second names of the created player. Does anyone of you have a patch?
