Dynasty Draft Classes

I know there are some tutorials on editing the draft classes but I'm wondering if anybody has done it. I'm having trouble getting some changes to stick. I can edit a lot of information and change faces but for some reason height and skin color always stays the same. I'll change the projected #1 pick to Towns and make him 7' in the DBF and the change will show up in the NBA Live 08 editor but when I open the game he's still 6'7" and white. Any ideas of where I might be going wrong?

did you try changing it on the appearance.dbf? I've got the same problem on Khris Middleton too but was able to fix it on appearance.dbf
