Yes it will but i need help finding some players charts everyone doesnt have a chart or i cant seem to find them,Like Exum i cant find his.But if anyone can get me shotcharts please do so i need them so i can work on a gameplay fix but for now only some players will play realistic

I got it to work, but all the ages are messed up. Every player is listed as much older than he really is.......

Yeah i've been trying to get a hold of the roster guy about that problem.

If the ages are wrong, then the year of birth in BIRTHDATE is incorrect. That's what the games uses in calculating player ages.

Yes, but also:

I was able to download NBA Action 15. But when I click on the application, it closes the program and won't work. HELP!!!!

Actually you can fix it in players.dbf or nba live 08 editor. Unfortunately there is no easy way to do it. It will take time.

Well i see some comments so i'll post more stuff,So here is a little bit of the gameplay we've been working on with the help of Bayag a member of this community he does the superstar aiact stuff he has really taught me a lot but i havent heard back from him in a few days im sure he is busy!!But here are two videos with the new ratings and shotchart system DNA(One game is CPU vs CPU the other is Human vs Cpu
But we're trying to focus on every aspect of gameplay same as last yr this means dynasty mode and etc we want to focus on improving or adding to these features and not to mention summer league hopefully we can get the actual rosters updated.

NBA ACTION 15 hasnt been released yet so im sure the one you have is a fake .exe
Is Kyrie Irving on the .exe?

I also actually am getting the same problem with the 14exe. But I can open that version fine. However, I didn't download all the folders for 14. Could that solve it?

I got that error to stop crashing. But when I click on 15.exe, nothing happens. It should be creating a Documents folder.
