As mentioned in the release notes, the lineups are updated as of June 12th, 2012. Kevin Love and Ryan Anderson have received some minor ratings updates to finish out the season. Von Wafer has been released. These are intended to stand as the final rosters of the 2012 season.
Sir Andrew...I have tried your roster...it works perfectly fine for me..thanks for the release...but I just want to give a comment..^^,,,have you tried playing A-Miami and H-Bulls.....try to select the 3 pointers line up for the bulls...^^....I'm surprised that even Asik can even shoot a three..^^...Korver shoots a three over Lebron James who defended him tightly. I can shoot threes anytime. Lucas shoots stepback unbalanced trey over chalmers who defended him tightly as well..~~..anyway it's just my comment Sir..^^..and I respect your work a lot..~~..^^thanks for your hardwork Sir..at the end of the game....Bulls 117 and Miami 67
What kind of difficulty and/or sliders are you playing on? The three point ratings for those players definitely aren't unrealistic - indeed, Asik has a rating of 1 - so it either comes down to the difficulty setting, slider settings, or the fact that NBA Live 08 is a sloppy product, none of which is an issue that I can personally address.
I see sir...anyways...ever since I download your rosters...i've never changed anything on the settings...i'll just change the settings sir..^^..thanks a lot...as of now...i just can't upload my works since my internet is too slow...even uploading previews won't work...i'll them as soon as the internet issues are resolved by the internet service provider sir..^^
There aren't any settings included with the rosters so that's strange. In any case, not much I can do about that as I said. The ratings are already optimised for realism, or as much realism as NBA Live 08 PC can deliver at any rate.
So, with Bosh back in the starting lineup during the course of the Finals and one last trade between non-playoff teams before the season ends, I guess I'll probably have a v5.3 out fairly soon with definite final 2011/2012 season rosters. Once again, I can't make any promises about next year but the chances of me continuing the updates are decent. I'll keep everyone posted.
Like I said, I can't make any promises. They are time consuming and fewer and fewer people are playing the older games and downloading the rosters, so it's getting harder to justify the time and effort. However, I remain open to the possibility, we'll see how things go.
We'll see. I have prepared some materials ready for a new season of updates and would like to continue the rosters. It's just a matter of making the time and being prepared to create all the new draftees. I'll keep everyone posted.
Andrew, Don't worry sir. You don't need to create those draftees. I have them in my rosters. You can just pm me if you want to have a copy of my roster.
At the moment it probably won't come to that, but I certainly appreciate the offer.
I'd also like to try and fix up the problems with misplaced files during installation. Unfortunately it's a difficult problem to reproduce, the installation routines work fine for me. I realise I could simply 7-Zip the files for a manual installation but having an installation routine does simplify the process, at least in theory.
Sir Andrew, can you create me a 38 year old version of Michael Jordan.? I mean his first season with the Washington Wizards.. I really want to play him and have it in your current NLSC roster patch..
