jblued, you should reduce all..

nice idea.. you can reduce it by your own.. just reduce the "tlga"

when I reduced it, the center logo just becomes more pixelated plus getting blurry

try reinstalling, if still not works, I don't have any idea with hat.. pm Jaosming

Are you changing the resolution on the same tlga file? Did you save a backup of the original crt.fsh file? If you keep changing the resolution of the same tlga file,it will get like that.If the resolution gets worse then start fresh with your backup.

@ Jhiane are you the one who made the LAL court in TUP10? .... I remember that was really nice and not pixelated..
I just encountered this problem, when using the most recent court updates, except for the LAC and Utah(since it just added .viv files)
