ok, just for you who are waiting to hear or have some words from us.. definitely, it dont have to reach next month or another month again to be finished.. (unless unexpected things happens, we're not certain as to what will happen, whether it will be hastened or delayed)..
anyway, as for you guys to be aware, the MOD "NBA LIVE 09 PC PROJECT (TUP 09)" is near completion, but due to some hindrances, we cant finish it as early as we want.

All of us here have other priorities or things to spend our time with. We got ample time for patching, though as for me I'm doing my best and spending my every free time for the completion of this project. We are not obliged to spend our time with this thing, but we do want to. Always be aware that we dont have full time 24/7 for patching or updating the MOD, though we want to, we cant. There are school works, we need to sleep also and most of all, there are counted, limited and few patchers remaining in this section, so please just bear with us. And we really do appreciate that somehow, there are still some who wait and contribute for this MOD or for NBA LIVE 08 patching section.

Still, we cant state a definite date for the release of the MOD. Just always remember that this MOD will be released in time, maybe, just maybe, before this month ends. For we also spend a lot of time for this, it already eats most of our time, (my time i might say ), but still we want to give you guys the best MOD for 08, soon you'll have it.

Finalized Roster with aiact and anim compatibility
All Jersey Portraits and practice jerseys
less than half of all the jersey updates remaining
Finalized music and music art updates from mEr$uRy
new scoreboard and stats overlays from DLC

MOD will be around 1GB uncompressed. Will be released maybe 1/2 - 1/3 of the original size.

PS: still we wont rush completing the MOD
we'll try our best, to comply with our time, and studies. Most of us have the 'lot-of-school-works-and-exam-period' approaching.

we'll since the mod is going to be atleast 300+mb , i sugguest it being hosted on a site where we can have no download limits, such as megaupload or depositfiles. I wouldn't recommend rapidshare or filefront.

vhan, you and the other patchers should even bother with those guys trying to rush this patch. Of course everybody is anxious about it,
but it's better to do it right and slow, rather that get it faster and have some crash.

One other thing: is there going to be a shoe patch, or a shoe update on the mod?

I apologize if someone got me wrong. As far as I know nobody is trying to rush this patch and cause patchers, involved in this project, some kind of inconvenience. Take your time.

clr_redsox, I agree that it's better to do it slow and right and, what's the most important, without crashes.

Vhan without having compressed the file the MOD is about 2gb in my PC (with some fixes included,alternative portraits and CFs but without the music)

Any chance on talking to the guy and including this on the project?
