is there a way that i can play TUP11 mod and i can also play slam dunk mod? because when i tried to DL this, the graphics changed.

As with any patch not designed to be compatible with all others, you'll either have to pick and choose which art updates you install (which would require knowing which files are needed and which are not) or further editing yourself so that different filenames can be used. It'd probably be easier to have two installations of the game, one for TUP 11 and one for the Slam Dunk patch.
