UTO I Can't download anything from 4th quarter .net. Any idea why?

no problem with me.. its actually the easiest site to download

everytime I try to download UTO's cyberfaces from 4th quarter I get this message, 404 File Not Found - http://utopia79.hubweb.net[/img]. Sucks cause he's got some awesome cybers, I have been able to download in the past, this just started in the last few days.
