jesusfreak, the .rar file conatins the exe .If you cannnot open the file i think you should download a Winrar software

i got no errors.. i have a working dynasty as well.. guys before you install the UPB V.2 u must have a fresh installed NBA live 2008.. meaning no patches or anything else.. bros.. here is a link of UPB v.2 i uploaded..
