what i do is i find several pictures of the player and then i use the high resolution picture as a base and if he is smiling in the picture i just paste the lips from a different picture.... if they are bad quality i use the sharpen tool and check off the box sample all layers and it sharpens the lips and fuses the layer with the layer underneath giving the lips more detail......

thanks for your support guys here is something to cheer up you laker fans... its been a tough start to the season..... credit to AmaroWaade for some of the texture.... i made the eyes mouth and brows...... and of course headshape
