2k9 lighting patch was good.. but some low pc's don't work.. and even in higher the loading screens affects.. and this topic is out as well

sorry to interupt this topic (This is off topic but) i was wondering if there was any one here interested in making a summer league mod for this years draftees?

I have ideas for the rosters(Starting Rookie & Bench Warmers and etc.....) and tv scoreboards(NBA TV) Courts(Thomas and Mack Center maybe could put other facilitys such as, Chicago's "Attack Athletics Arena")....(Probably make some authentic Adidas practice uniforms)

I installed everything as said in the readme an its really really really COOL. No glitches or bugs yet (not even the intros)
I just wanted to say thanks for your hard work. You're making random strangers happy with your work

Just 2 questions...
-Do you think you could make the logo of tnt smaller (or make it pass quicker) when a replay ingame is played?
-Is the dynasty mode safe now? I've read the thread and heard about some problems with it (around February) and stuff like that... Dynasties are important for me cuz I spend a lot of time in them. I just wanted to know if it should work fine cuz I would go nuts if it crashed...

Anyways, thanks team TUP and patchers. You've made a masterpiece.

Oh... other thing...

When I started the dynasty mode Lebron, Wade and other guys weren't at the free agents pool. For example, Lebron had 2 years more with Cleveland. I'm using the most recent rosters (update pack 1). Is that uneditable? Or do I have to keep updating the rosters from the forums? Would those rosters change in my current dynasty? Thanks again for answering my doubts

1. the "TNT" logo would be considered a "transition logo"...as far as i know we can't change the speed...but the size of the logo is what was based on real TNT broadcast...so we have no intentions of changing it

2.dynasty mode is safe IF you use the teams.dbf in the dysnastyseason safe folder...its in the README and on this thread as well....

3.new rosters will come out periodically for u to download, but they will not update ur current dynasty...u would have to start a new one using the new release roster as base
...with that said, i just edited the contract years and it will be updated in the next release
...also the way i do things is that, while the players contract is expired...i still keep them on the team until there is a official signing or release that means they should be off the team (unless they become over the 15 player limit due to other signings or rookies..then i will pick expired players that i feel will be most likely out)
...so i'm guessing there wont be a 100% accurate roster w/ contracts until the end of the NBA offseason

Thanks for your quick reply KidJustin. I'm ok with the transition logo. It's just that sometimes when a replay starts you can't see the first seconds of it cuz of the transition. And thanks for the future releases. I'll be checking them soon. I know that this is the zillionth time I've said thanks, but you must know that I really really mean it. THANKSS!!!

About the transition.
The original transition had a black background,and one wouldn't notice the first seconds.
Now that we made it transparent,the replay in the back is visible even on its beginning(which in the original is not) and that's why there's the feeling of cutting out the first secs

Does anyone have a good source were to find some good pictures of NBA logos? preferably the new ones?

according to vhan, the original source of the TUP09 3d play now logos were from www.basketwallpapers.com

if no one can find a site with updated logos as good as that one, then i'll probably just go with the logos on sportslogo.net and find a way to photoshop template on it for the upcoming updates
