It's almost there, I'd agree with the previous suggestions and add that perhaps the hair (what little he has up top these days ;)) could be a little darker if you wanted to keep tweaking that version.

I think the problem with the first preview was his nose was a bit pointier and his top lip was too thin.It looks like you fixed those.Great work.
