Is his eyes really big? a bit smaller eyes for me should do

I don't think the eyes are that far off the mark. I guess you could try a little smaller but that's pretty close as-is.

and his skin looks a little gray , I think it should be more brown (just a little)

I think his nose looks a bit too big.
