I just download the patch and I can't use USA DREAM l and DREAM lll

When i went into roster management, both teams are shown empty. While I head into Play Now selecting player 1 D1 player 2 D3, it's shown LOCKED on player 2.

Another problem here. I tried to play dynasty. It won't get past July(that's like a few days) Once I simmed past it, the game just quitted itself.
