Actually, I tried using Batum's ebo but it turned out that there was just too much work to be done, so I decided to go with DJ Mbenga's, edited it a bit and I think it looks decent. Can you specify what part makes it look bad and I'll try to work on it?

well first off his chin is too long.... also his eyes are too far out and should be moved inwards a bit.... and his eyebrows are a bit too arched.... fix that and sharpen ur texture a bit more and i think it would look much better

The headshape looks fine, though I'd say his eyes and mouth need to be cleaned up a bit. Coming along though, keep working on it.
