CRASH PROBLEM - TUTORIAL SOLUTION

Hi, install a NBA Live 08 on W7, but dont open. When trie to open the game, PC 1sec think, and nothing happen. Solutions?

CTRL+ALT+DELETE then go the PROCESSES tab and look for nbalive08.exe....click that and click END PROCESS button below. And click the game again.

I’ve been playing a lot of nba live series for many years now (even if I also have 2K series) I still like to play live game, so I would like to write a tutorial on how to solve crash problem when playing NBALIVE08.

i have the game crashing during time out...its with all original teams..... i can stop it by pressing Esc and goin to subs menu.... when i cancel out it wont crash but if i let the game continue it crashes.....

regarding TUP roster issue, ask that question in TUP tread.

hey bro, i have this problem regarding the off-season i used the new roster update v.3 i think then when it reached the offseason when i resign players suddenly the game crashes. T.T

That would be an issue with the update itself. Best to direct that issue to the person who created it or use a different roster. This is more of a general troubleshooting thread.

Problem: 2X Jersey - if you choose to play 2X home and away jersey for both team and the game crash!
Solution: usually game crash when the .viv jersey file is higher than 14MB (less than 14MB usually don’t have any crash issue) that is base on my experience.
Note: you can still use your jersey that is over 14MB or 20MB all you need to do is select 1X jersey for the other team. (ex: retro jersey)

Even if I use both team 2x Away and Home Jersey that less than 14mb, my game still crashing..

if you still encounter crash problem with other team just reduce the court resolution.

..well my problem is my game crashes in rookie and sophomore game inside the dynasty.. the other all star game is running well..

Some of the users said that the more files in the sgsm ... the more chances of crashing.

i'm using a customize aiact and with compatible xanims.viv and xsyms.viv and it still crashes. do you have a customize aiact that wont crash? just give me a link bro
but its just crash when i play with the teams dallas, orlando and miami in their home courts. what do you think is the problem?

EDIT: without using customize aiact when playing at the homecourt of bulls with orlando it crashes when i call a timeout how to fix this?
playing bulls with other teams on homecourt of bulls even calling a timeout does not cause crash, just with the orlando.

The timeout crashes are usually caused by one of two things: a custom cutscenes file, or a cracked game.
