Than to Sir Kris for giving me the privilage to test his beta..Guys, i'll give my comments later after I play couple of games..Hope this one would be the best.. (Y)

I don't know whats up with yours Kobe's shot, but I have a nice Kobe's shot (that are with first fixed version and previous 1.34). Maby you can create a video with ths ugly shot. :lol: I don't like that walking back move after player shot the ball, some players do that, but it's need to bee look on real game videos what that concrete player do after he takes a shot... Maby all is right and correct, I don't know :wink:

well after playing a few more games gibson finally walked lol.

it was on page 29. i guess you didnt read the other pages but here it is

kobe should do a fade away but does something else instead. i hope kris can fix this.

do you mean the animations after your player does a Sig Shot or GTM? some1 will always raise his hand after a Sig Shot or GTM goes in the basket.

I've already played couple of games using the SGPF beta, I played the Lakers against some teams.

Improvements I have noticed:
:arrow: The gamespeed is great (It's well balanced as for my opinion, I enjoyed playing it)
:arrow: The PG takes a walk when he's in and before midcourt
:arrow: Kobe's ugly jumper is not ugly anymore except the turnaround jumper noticed by mgy but i think that's just OK. :D
:arrow: Team plays are great, they are more realistic compared to previous GPFs
:arrow: Derek Fisher's shot is great. It's faster compared to previous GPF versions
:arrow: i like the playmaps
:arrow: Most of all, the thing which I liked, I have no crashes encountered.. (Y)


Things need to be fixed:
:arrow: CPU's defense against fastbreaks is still not that good but sometimes they tend to block the shots. Most of the time, even jordan farmar can drive through the lane with ease
:arrow: The substitution is good. C, PF, SF and SG has good rotations. BUT, the starting PG is not replaced and plays for the whole game (i'll still check this out when i play more games)
:arrow: When it comes to the last possession of 1st, 2nd or 3rd Q, the CPU will drive inside but will just stay there and waste the clock. Even if he's free, he'll just dribble there or pass it outside.

I hope you can fix the ff. sir kris..


For now, here is my report sir kris and to all of you guys. I'll play more games tomorrow cause it's getting too late. I'll also show my boxscores (I play 7 min per Q).

I'll play other teams as well aside from the Lakers. hehe!!!

final review. no crashes. i think the batch files are what fixed the game regardless of roster, sliders, and aiact. i've been testing different versions of rosters, sliders, and aiact. if you dont mind some animations like the kobe shot, then the SGPF is perfect. on the other hand, since it bothers me to have the kobe shot, i used the database files and batch files with 1.32 aiact

Now I'm clear :) Yea, thats Kobe's shot is a bit weird, I think the legs are weird, but arm movement are okey, Kobe is shoting like that ;)
In my game, Kobe has two main shoting styles, one is normal and other is like in video, but not with so long distance from legs, but that normal shot is so rare, Almost always Kobe is shoting that second style of shot...

What version of GPF are you using bro?

so this is in SGPF????
i've played kris' v3.0 for a while now and i didnt notice that... so that changes for SGPF?? if it's that so, i think kris should fix it with what he does in v3.0... because in 3.0, the last possession during those quarters, the pg/CPU we're so smart that they will really score... and i think thats nice for v3.0... so i think kris' should bring that from 3.0 to SGPF... :wink:

i dont know what is the problem with that GPF FIX 3.0 evrytime i put those files and over wright the original, my game crashing in the middle of the game.

any help guys so i can continue playing without crashing with that GPF? :(

i think its about the rosters..
as for me i'm using the gameplay fix 3.0 of kris... then roster v5 of albys...
update the animation files included in albys RR5..
then afterwards install all updates included in gpf3.0...
my game doesnt crash anymore...

vhan, Yes, Ive noticed that in SGPF, I also noticed that in 3.0... :cry:

¢eeKay, I think the shot of Kobe is good and acceptable in SGPF..The only ugly thing is his turnaround jumper, which was shown by mgy..

junfizzle, no.. u did not missed anything bro..we just had the copy of SGPF 1.0 beta..we requested sir kris to be testers for that patch..sooner or later, you'll able to use that patch also.. 8-)

Furthermore, at the end of the 4th-qtr, even if it is down by 3, CPU doesn't shot a three, despite being wide open. It waits for the clock to run out and shoots a mid-range jumper instead.

Panco, it doesnt happen in my game. they should 3 pt buzzer beaters fine in my game. let me play one more game and verify.

kris pare..can u make a roster based on webbers?? plsssss..

webbers rosters have lowered dunk ratings, jump, speed, etc.. which makes the game more realistic and challenging.. when dunk ratings are over 80 u can easily go underneath the rim and dunk..
