Not beyond suggesting trying out the existing headshapes until you find one that matches as best as possible; that's what I've done with my converted coach faces. Beyond that, I don't know anything about headshape editing, sorry.

You can't use player headshapes, you'd need to use one of the existing coach headshapes. I'm not sure if you can edit the coach headshapes, you can certainly give it a try but failing that it's a matter of finding the best fit from the ones available.
