well I know what the problem is...as I read you just copied the lines of the players from one player/appeareance.dbf to this which we will use now but without changing the player id in the players/appearence.dbf...this means that as exsample: kobe bryant has the id 1111 in the players and appearence.dbf which the TUP will use as roster.now you are taking as players from your roster(from an other players/appearence.dbf) eg
pao gasol who has in the other roster also the id 1111.now if you just copy the lines of gasol in the dbf where bryant is both will have the same id(1111) which means that gasol will have the same body like kobe bryant...
so what you have to do is:-open the players.dbf go to the players you inserted and change the id...so beginn with 4000 as first id because no player has an id of 4000 or higher as I know...now the you have to go also to appearence.dbf and change also there the id and it has to be the same as in the players.dbf and the problem should be solved
BUT you have to look for that you are changing the same players id in the players/appearence.dbf so you are not editing the id of bryant and paul so there are no problems...

OK. First of all, I'm very sorry if I wasn't around for the past 10 hours. I applied for a job just for this summer, :mrgreen: (anyway I don't wanna talk about it, its not about the MOD :lol: )
So, its a good thing that kidjustin had just updated and do the most possible fixes he can do, I believe it isn't a problem anymore having the remaining bugs like height bugs.
I PMed sir Andrew, (I guess its not against the rules cause the message isn't that private, its about the MOD)

so i guess somehow we know what the problem is.

I've just got home, so wasn't able to upload the file, my brother also suggest to split the .RAR file to secure the uploading (Its terrible when there's an error while uploading, you have re upload it again), so right now I've split the .RAR into 2: "Part 1 (360MB) - sgsm folder" & "Part 2 (54OMB) - other folders"
I don't know if I can upload it now, but if not probably tomorrow.

Sorry for the double post. Sorry to all but I personally don't want to upload it Torrent (for security purposes), and please, we don't want the MOD to be redistributed without our permission, or please just don't, just don't re upload it as you want. Anyway this aint the right time to discuss about this, we'll just discuss the terms and conditions together with the release of the MOD.

Did I read that right just now, 9 GB??????? Whoaaaaa Boy thats a biggggg ....... something or other. If the size says anything about the quality this is going to be something. Does anyone have an estimate as to how long it will take to download this thing on DSL???

haaaaanis, i took that into consideration when i was adding players from my roster to this one and most of the time the playerid's were unused in the player.dbf so i just overrode the appearance.dbf record with the matching appearid assuming that no other player was using it.
it is possible that i missed some (except not sure why it happened to ben wallace also...maybe i added someone with his playerid).

anyways, after dopeboy23's posts i was actually thinking that i should just go through the player.dbf (especially the ones i edited/added) and check for duplicates.

if someone can give me an Excel export of the player.dbf it would be really helpful.....im not sure if i can do that with my db commander (cuz i use an expired trial version). this way i can use filters to check my work.

also Demond Greene of Germany is NOT Devin Green. i know someone made a fix to this on this forum...but it was A LONG time ago...n doubt its still available for download (can someone check this?) in the mean time ill change the package to something else for now

KidJustin, Chris Hunter isn't in roster that will be used for the MOD yet, but I included him in my roster already.. :mrgreen: Problem is that he still doesn't have cf.. Narcius will make portrait for him when he'll have time for that. You should contact him about portraits.

Guys I have found the solution to our mod size problem! :bowdown:
We should use the best compression tool in the world,the KGB Archiver.It can compress an uncompessed file to the 20% percent of its original size :crazyeyes: e.g. 2GB-->400MB.And it's completely free :D

RNS aka M3r$uRy, that's almost the same as 7zip, it takes lots and lots of time to compress, but kgb also takes too long to extract

Welington, 7zip compresses to around 25% of the original size...Which means 2gb-->500mb.We would have 100mb more and believe me 100mb is a really big download for some Internet connections...
