You might go to www.nba.com/transactions to see what has happened and is happening recently roster wise. I feel I should come clean on something I just did. I have deleted it now, and it was only posted for about 30 seconds, but I made a very big mistake and thankfully caught it immediately. I made a copy of the entire season's worth of tranactions off of nba.com/transactions and posted it here. I confess to my transgression as a warning to everyone else. We walk a fine line here when it comes to copywrite laws so just be careful out there, okay?

just check the rosters, fill the missing players, take note, ONLY CURRENT ROSTER UPDATES AND ACCURATE ROSTER NEEDED! no need to test it in-game.. probably the game will crash or many things wont appear because you dont have the files..

how about All Star EAST and WEST Roster?

dont worry about the player ratings we'll edit/update them later when the roster is already fixed (Accurate Roster per team, All Star Roster fix, Missing players fix)

-The All-Star Lakers maybe need kobe on his rosters.

There are players missing in nearly every team: no Bibby No R. Allen No C. Butler and so on. I didn't check all but i think there are more!

Uhhhhh? "Hey Gays?!?" Just kidding with you. You might be on to something. Another thought, we ran into this on a baseball game and it turned out to be that they were missing (Barry Bonds for example) because they were not members of the Player's Association and had not given permission for their name or likeness to be used. Don't know if that is what's happening here, but worth looking at.

Could you copy the all-star player's lines of the players.dbf file used in the Andrew's rosters patch and then modify them if they play in the all-time teams or the reebok, adidas, air force or jordan team?
And where did you get the reebok team rosters? Did you invented them?

..i think girts1204 is right..the reason for the missing players is that they are in the add-on teams..a player that has two or more teams in the roster must have a duplicate data with his respective teams in players.dbf...

In my game:
all the National Add-On Teams show up as USA
Dream Teams show up as USA
Brands Add-On Teams show up as Adidas
All-Time Add-On Teams show up as 90's All-Stars
All the players that are included in the RBK & Jordan Teams are missing from their respective teams
Most of the teams due to the missing players have wrong positions e.g. 2 centers,2 12's,no PG,no SG and others.
Especially the RBK & Jordan Teams have the same positions multiple times e.g. 5 SG's or so
There's no problem with the players from the Nike team and the team itself.The same goes for the National Add-On Teams.

..that was probably the caused..for example, if mike bibby is in the hawks and jordan team he should have a two different input data in the players.dbf corresponding to those two teams...

Hey, guys.. I might have a lil problem here.

I checked 30 teams that can be used in dynasty or season and I found 38 players missing their teams. I probably won't be able to fix them all cuz I'll probably create another bugs... Maybe I could send you a list of missing players?

38 doesn't include recently signed FA's btw, so it's probably a lot higher number..

maybe my job will help you guy's, I updated with one month ago last version of Alby's roster's (RP 8) with transactions and ratings from Andrew roster's version 2.7 need only to arrange the 5 starters for each team and the transactions from last 3-4 weeks. I need only the permision of Alby's and Andrew if you want this rosters, they have credit on base of my rosters.

Some players, like Eddie House and Mike Bibby, are in the Rbk and Jordan teams but they're missing in their respective teams. But other players, like Yao Ming, Allen Iverson, Michael Finley and Carmelo Anthony, are in the RBK and Jordan teams and they're in their respective teams too. Not all the players are missing.

the reason those bugs are appearing in your game is because you dont have the wordmarks and art patches for those teams.. anyway its ok.. that aint a problem anymore..

THANKS! to those who checked the roster. What we only need to do are:
Supply the missing players in their respective NBA Teams whether they are in Add-On Teams or Not
(If you would check my previous post about the missing players [i think its in page 25], you would notice that some of them arent in Add-oN teams at the same time they arent in their NBA Teams)
so.. no need to do anything else but to supply the players, maybe add their copy, right?
Remove the Legends in All Star Team (east and west)
After supplying the missing players, UPDATE THE ROSTER AS AN ACCURATE CURRENT UP TO DATE ROSTER!
