Real Shoes Patch 2.0 For NBA LIVE 08

Finally here comes the Real Shoes Patch 2.0!
The 2.0 includes Lakers' away shoes and a lot of new shoes.Check the preview.jpg to have a detailed know.By the way,it based on Jimmy's IRPT roster V1.21.Thanks.

Install method:

YOU SHOULD MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE INSTALLED THE 1.5 ALREADY

1.Unzip "Real Shoes Patch 2.0.exe" and run it, choose the intall folder as "...\NBA LIVE 08\sgsm" (not "...\NBA LIVE 08").
2.Run the NBA Live game, load the save XIAOJU, and then enjoy the game.

hi im jM from the Philippines, i downloaded Real Shoes Patch 1.5 and 2.0 installed it just like what the readme file says. i have this problem:

1. the shoes wont appear in the edit player mode.

my question now is, how to make this patch properly work? can you teach me the step by step method in order for it to work on my NBA live 08? thanx a lot... hope you could help me in this one.

OK,firstly check your sgsm folder to see if there were sh001---sh999.If not,install it again,and remember the install folder should be nba live 08/sgsm.Normally it works.

Just a few questions bro, is it accurate the shoes of josh smith, stephon marbury, chauncey billups, because i haven't seen them yet playing this season, i wasn't able to watch NBA games, coz i'm busy, thanks again for the patch.. nice work...

an you make an "accurate.bat" file? so we can use the other accessories patches... like tatoos and armbands...
because in your patch you only include the ones with "teamgear.dbf" to paste into other rosters or save files... this is the only way for your patch to work properly and accurately for each player... but when we put other teamgear patches (ex armbands/tatoos), the player's appearance become messed up...

so i'm asking if you can make an accurate.bat so we can also use other accessory updates as well as your nice shoes patch...

anyway, your patch was very great, i'm using it as of now, and i'm not yet using arm accessory patches...
(accurate.bat like the ones in the patches for Live 07 by tieshens)...

accurate can be a hassle to make
but another method for others who dont want to use his roster folder
just copy the home and shoe away columns from the appearance dbf into your roster

The real shoes patch 3.0 will be released theses few days.
3.0 will be a great improvement.As usual,a lot of new shoes added,and what's more,the former shoes are more detailed.And to scan the shoes conveniently,I rearrange the sequence of somes shoes.And the roster is updated,including the trade between LAL and ORL(sorry I don't know how to make an accurate.bat,but I will maybe try to do that in the future).By the way,the national teams are wearing what they should put on,at least the team colorway.
