@NYC, please, don't double post. Anyway, I'm using Photoshop CS4 for photo manipulation, FshX for importing the manipulated photo and bigGUI for in-game shoe previews.

This is how a shoe patch inside the Photoshop CS4 looks like;

I think the photo itself is self-explanatory on how I do it, it takes me LOTS and LOTS of time to produce a good quality shoe like this one.

But I don't know, I think i'm the only shoe patcher that uses Photoshop tools only to create the very shoe, the normal way to do it is to use several photo angles of the shoe and put them all together like so.

How to make what shoes were without patches of light???
