2X to 1X Jersey

Someone has posted this but it's not clear to me. How do you convert 2X jersey .viv files to 1X? Say, I want the OKC 2X uni's to be 1X. How? (the viv, not the fsh on sgsm).
Or can someone upload 2016 30 teams 1X jersey pack? I know it's too much to ask cuz it's a lot of work. But tia
