Coming from Cleveland and seeing that there isn't really a Cavs association (that i know of) gave me a great idea, What if there was new management that actually bothered to put money into the franchise? Yes, the cavs are getting a MAJOR makeover. im talking jerseys, courts (yes courts), players, coaching, and best of all
