Prologue

After the 94 season which concluded with the Orlando Magic compiling a 57–25 record, best in the East and winning the Atlantic Division title, becoming the second-fastest team to advance to the NBA Finals in league history. In the playoffs, the Magic defeated the Boston Celtics, Chicago Bulls, and the Indiana Pacers, advancing to the NBA Finals where O'Neal, Hardaway and the young Magic bowed to a more playoff-experienced Hakeem Olajuwon and the Houston Rockets, taking their second consecutive crown in a 4-0 sweep of Orlando. Penny Hardaway was frustrated, even franchise cornerstone Shaquille O'Neal was frustrated, changes had to be made. The general manager was immediately fired in the offseason.

Where to look, Where to run? The organization was a mess at this point. The owner peered outside of his window while smoking a cigar astonished to see someone staring at him. "What could someone like YOU possibly want" he thought to himself. It was a young kid bouncing a ball outside his gate. The kid had on a very large bookbag with a folder peering out, it read 10 year plan on how to fix the magic. "Kid, dont get to ahead of yourself" he thought to himself. Then again, he has no choice. He decided to let the kid in for coffee.

Recap
Orlando Magic 107-91 Cleveland Cavs

Cle 21 20 25 25 91
Orl 23 22 34 28 107
Shaq dominates with 27 points and Dennis Scott chips in with 19

Everyone had a slow start except for....you guessed it the shaqradamus himself. Shaq scored often and early. In the middle of 2nd the cavs started to heat up. They even triple teamed shaq at several points in the game. That scheme prompted everyone in orlando to move the ball creating shots for each other that luckily fell.

Report

ORL 20 31 27 20 98
ATL 10 31 18 19 78
Penny Hardaway never turns off the switch and scores 35

Shaq caught fire early on but the entire teams fast start was killed in the 2nd qtr. Atlanta put up a great fight but Orlando kept it consistent and thats why the game was won.
