I have been visiting this site for a while now without an account, I've read many stories but was mainly inspired by Kenny's Nuggets story and finally I have decided to write my own story and with my favorite player"

November 1st @ Utah Jazz

The first game of this season was certainly one to remember

The first half was very rusty for us and very often I ended up with the ball near the end of the shot clock and I was forced to put up a bad shot; however I did score 21 points so of course it’s not so bad

anyways It was close all the way up to the end of the four where we fell behind by five points after a Gordon Hayward three pointer with 40 seconds left, so Harden dribbled up and takes a terrible shot right over trey Burke and drains it, 32 seconds left, we foul and Burke makes both, 27 seconds left, coach calls a time out and draws up a play for me on a catch and shoot, on the inbounds Howard sets me a great screen and I’m wide open in the corner and I easily hit it, 22 seconds 74-72, we foul again and Hayward comes to the line and hits the first one, 75-72, the he winds up a shoots the second one and it hits back rim and comes straight out to me. I quickly toss the ball to Lin and I sprint down court, he tosses the ball back to me, I have both feet behind the 3 point line and boom it’s tied

Image

In overtime, the jazz try to get their act together but I add 11 points out of the 13 we scored in OT and we win the game 88-84

Box score

UTA | 18 | 15 | 21 | 21 | 9
HOU | 15 | 14 | 21| 25 | 13

My Reaction

I think that might be the best game I’ve ever played; I had the clutch shot, the points, some assists, steals and everything

Wow, great first game, I doubt he can do that in real life. Good luck, love seeing Parsons play like that, my favorite player on the Rockets. :)

November 22 Update

Hey guys, yeah I’m back, the season has been rolling well for us so far even though we are still playing .500 ball

Image

Anyways there have been a couple moves around the league already this season

76ers get: Marcin Gortat, Al Harrington
Wizards get: Spencer Hawes, Daniel Orton

Trailblazers sign: Mo Williams 5yrs/43.66mil contract

Although those moves seem a bit wired, look at these injuries

DET: Andre Drumond out for season (Torn MCL)
POR: Damian Lilard out for season (Torn MCL)
MIN: Shabazz Muhammad out for season (Torn MCL)
HOU: Francisco Garcia out for 6-8 weeks (High ankle Sprain)

Portland needed to replace Lillard so I guess that’s a pretty good signing, but let’s back to our team, I have been leading the team with 21.7 points per game (the opening night game obviously helped) but Dwight is right behind me with 20.2 points, but he also has about 11 rebounds per game, Harden has been struggling a bit as he's only scored 16 points-a-game but Jeremy has picked up the slack a bit with 11 points and 8 assists.

Anyways today after practice we had a pretty fun game of knockout and I won! Anyways I feel like I’ve really gotten better at shooting three's this year (+2 3 point rating)

Well that’s it I'll give you guys another update after tomorrow’s game against the mavs!

November 23 vs Mavs

This game was pretty important it was the first game since our game against the warriors that was against a good team.

Anyways, the first half started really well as we started on a 17-2 run as we were killing them on the break and geting dunk after dunk

Image

they caught up eventually but by the end of the first half we were leading by 5 and I had already hit three 3pointers and i had 21 points as a whole.

The end of the game was pretty simple, we would score, they would score, they would get a stop then we would get a stop it basically continued like this untill the end of the game and we went home with a 88-79 victory

Box Score:

DAL | 18 | 23 | 16 | 22
HOU | 24 | 22 |21 | 21

top preformers

Image

My reaction:

it was a good game for us, i mean taking a victory like that cant be bad, i just hope a win like that can propel us to more wins

December 6th vs The Lakers

This was a pretty big game for us, or dwight at least, it was the first time that he was playing in LA since he came over to us from the Lakers

The first half was pretty ugly for us with Howard quickly getting into foul trouble and us being unable to rebound without Dwight. That said we crapped along and we were lucky that we were only losing by two at the half. The score at the half was 45-43

Sadly, in the second half our struggles continued, and i picked up my fifth foul near the end of the third and I eventually fouled out, but enough about me, the Lakers dominated us for the rest of the game at won with a final score of 126-103

This picture basicly sums up our game

January Update

Wow this season feels like its gone by in a couple days eventhough this season hasent been to kind to us, we're still battling as hard as we can. That said all that matters are the Ws and we only picked up four this month which brings us to 16 wins and 28 losses

Image

But this season as a whole has been very close standings-wise

Western Conf.
1) Los Angles Lakers: 30-17
2) Los Angles Clippers: 27-19
3) Portland Trailblazers: 27-19
4) San Antonio Spurs: 27-22
5) Thunder: 26-22
6) Minnesota Timberwolves: 24-21
7) Denver Nuggets: 25-22
8) Pelicans: 23-21

On the bubble
Golden State Warriors: 25-24
Sacramento Kings: 23-25

Eastern Conf.
1) Chicago Bulls: 37-9
2) New York Knicks: 36-12
3) Miami Heat: 31-14
4) Nets: 33-16
5) Orlando Magic: 26-21
6 ) Atlanta Hawks: 26-21
7) Indiana Pacers: 26-21
8) Detroit Pistons: 22-25

On the bubble
Charlotte Bobcats: 21-27
Bucks: 19-29

As you can see the standings can't be what anyone projected going into the season, but that's why they play the games i guess, but let's get back to the good stuff: the trades

Trades:

6/1
Timberwolves get: Hansbrough, Austin Daye
Raptors get: Aleksey Shved

12/1
76ers get: Will Bynum
Pistons get: Arnett Moultrie

14/1
Cavs get: Al-Farouq Aminu, Jeff Withey, 1st round pick (top 8 protected)
Pelicans get: Anderson Varejao

19/1
Suns get: Corey Brewer
T-wolves get: Gerald green, second round pick

1/2
Kings get: 1st round pick, Nedovich
Warriors get: Jason Thompson

Injuries:
Sac: Ben Mclemore out for season (Torn ACL,MCL)
POR: Aldridge out for 6-8 weeks (Torn Hmstring)

There's been alot more movent with players between teams, but with a great draft coming up and with play-off spots up for graps, and dont mention that Miami looks pretty beatable this year, its not that shocking.

I'll have a report up late about tonights game against the Nuggets, catch y'alls later

Feb. 6th vs Denver Nuggets

The game started out great, we had the lead early, but the moment the second quarter started, the Nuggets go out and went on a 13-2 run and out scored by 20 points

in the 4th we got on a run with Howard and I, but it was too little to late
