Dynasty HOF: 2006

We are wanting to pick out the top dynasty threads from each year so that they can be stickied and thus displayed more promiently in the Dynasty Hall of Fame.

I have created polls for each year and depending on the results (hopefully we do get people voting) as well as depth of the contending threads, we will choose which ones and how many from each year to display. What I propose is that the winner of the poll gets direct privilege of being sitckied while the voting thread remains open for you to add discussion on what other stories deserve merit.

So please vote as well as leave your opinions!

First again! 06 was another great year for dynasties. The section seemed to be on its way up. Who knew that it wouldn't last? I picked X's Blazers and Sit's ALIB. X's Blazers took his phenomenal 2005 dynasty and remade it with my favorite team. While it didn't last quite as long, it was just as good as its predecessor. Meanwhile, A Legend Is Born may be the most groundbreaking dynasty to date.

A nice year. I voted for Marquis' Mavs because I pretty much liked it the most and it was for more than one season with two different teams. Just to my liking.
Also my Knicks dynasty was for sure my most entertaining Dynasty (of those I presented so far).

And yeah... very happy that I made such an influential story because since then, people have been posting 'behind the scenes' stuff... to varying degrees of success I must add.

Indeed, I'm thinking about letting my behind the scenes fade away, as its not my specialty, but ALIB was certainly very influential. Not to mention that your dynasties, with the exception of Andrew's Bulls, were the first to really be successful with little to no pics.

I read Dahl's dynasty. Fantastic stuff. Too bad he only made it halfway through the season.

2005 Lakers were epic. I was always jealous of people's photoshop skills but I played to my strengths and just did not have enough time to learn photoshop and graphic skills... ah well.

Indeed. How did you manage to keep your Blazers and (most of) your Bobcats from suffering broken picture links?

Blazers is entirely on Photobucket which I still have access to I believe. I think with Bobcats one I used up my limit with Photobucket then went to Image Shack later on (hence broken links later in dynasty). When I went back to my Photobucket I found that I had a lot more new space (maybe they expanded space offerings) & have used that since.
