Mavs4Life wrote:No doubt Perko and T-Mac are the greatest tandem of the century... LeBron and D-Wade don't come close
Andrew wrote:I'd say he has become the best player who averaged less than 15 ppg, but in this reality he's probably established himself as one of the best all-time...perhaps even at least top 20. As such, it's only fair that he got that superstar call against the Sixers to preserve the win.
megarover wrote:Perko is the man and all but we all know T-Mac is Batman . Perko has got to be one of the best Robins of all time though.
Axel. wrote:Finally! Congrats on the quadruple-double! That was easily Perko's best five-game summary of the dynasty. Close to a second quadruple-double, and not to mention a couple of 20-20 games.
Also good to see that the other players aren't giving Perko all of the spotlight too. I'm a little saddened to see Jim Simon get demoted though.
Mavs4Life wrote:The quad-double happened.....
plus two 20/20 games!? MVP!MVP!MVP! Poor Stan, getting put aside, for even more epicness. Gotta give you props on being able to get those stats over the years, I think I've only been able to get 1 trip-dub after playing 2K12 for months.
Andrew wrote:At long last! Congratulations, glad to see that it happened finally and in the midst of such an impressive run for Perko. Would've been funny if you'd actually got it in back to back games after so many near misses! Hope he can add another MVP to his trophy case this year, averaging a triple double I have to imagine he's got a very good shot at it. And of course, a championship is the only proper way to cap off a season like this.
megarover wrote:Perko has been playing crazy ball. He is just pulling triple doubles out his ass right now. I was trying to figure out whose game he most resembles and the one that comes to mind is KG........well without all the fake thug stuff KG be doing

Andrew wrote:Very odd to see this team lose four in a row, though you were still really rolling before that. Perko's surely got to take home the MVP at this point.
megarover wrote:Yea those four straight losers aren't very Nugget-like. Crazy that after dropping 4 straight this late in the season you still have 66 wins
The X wrote:Great to see this one still going. Perko got a quadruple double. Wow, just wow!!! That's an amazing feat.
Most Valuable Player: [NJN] Nicholas Schneider (23.3ppg 5.3apg 1.5spg)
And from out of nowhere, Nicholas Schneider wins his first MVP trophy. It was easy to think that the stats of Perko or Hobbes MacDonald's threepeat were on the cards, but with their teams loaded with talent, the votes have gone towards a player with a little less help who still managed to get his team into the playoffs.
Nicholas Schneider was a part of the team that ended the Nuggets winning streak (and ultimately started their 4 game losing streak), and in the end, that's probably what won him this award.
Most Improved Player: [CLE] Sam Brandon (18.7ppg 2.7rpg 1.2spg)
This award always seems to go to a guy who emerges as the team's top scorer after previously playing a role. Brandon was at the forefront of Cleveland's early success and only narrowly missed out on an All-Star selection with the Eastern Conference. Too bad Cleveland fell away so badly towards the end...
Defensive Player: [DEN] Borislav Perko (3.4bpg 0.7spg 10drpg)
If he wasn't a lock for the MVP trophy, Borislav Perko was a sure thing for the Defensive Player of the Year. He changed games with his shot blocking and recorded 10+ blocks in 3 games.
Rookie of the Year: [MIN] Dorgan MacDonald (3.7ppg 3.1rpg 1apg)
With this award looking like it'd go to one of Denver's Three Jays, Dorgan MacDonald "Schneidered" this one. Dorgan's numbers aren't pretty to look at, but he played 82 games in a post-season team. Could be a contender for next season's most improved player.
Sixth Man: [POR] Liam Koch (11.4ppg 3.6apg 0.8spg)
With Wyatt Walsh the starting point guard for the Blazers, Koch has embraced his new role as the instant offense off the bench. This is the same guy who dropped 50 against the Nuggets in the 23-24 season, so he adds an X-Factor that most teams don't have in their reserve unit.
