Decided to switch games from nba live 07 to 06 and am liking it all over again.
I went with a cleveland cavalier dynasty and am planning on turning this franchise around, i'm really enjoying the reorder roster. I've been developing Kyrie Irving and Tristan Thompson. I'm working on his offensive skills to make his mid range and dunking abilities better.
I'm also working on Kyrie Irving's dunking ability so he can be the next Derrick Rose. I haven't checked out the draft yet to see how strong it is, but if its at least strong, then i'll probably draft a shooting guard with the first pick. Might, I might forfeit the second pick.
If Anthony Parker is a free agent, then i'll release him and go with a completely young team, this team is obviously in rebuilding mode, hopefully Gee can develop, but i think i'm going to have to train Omri Casspi more because his offensive skills are better.

I'm doing a boston celtic dynasty now and am planning on rebuilding the celtics, making them a younger team, we have a bunch of free agents the first year, so i'll only resign around 2 or 3 players that i need, including KG and Allen. I figure that the celtics need younger big, so with the first pick i drafted a power forward. Second pick will probably be a guard. Then in the offseason, i'll try to trade either Ray Allen or Kevin Garnett.

Made a 7'2", 350 lb center in myplayer. He's surprisingly fast and has a good vertical, idk why. It all comes so easy. idc if the skill points are harder to come by; you're dominant from the start

I think we would all love it if Tristan developed a mid-range game. That would add another dimension to his game that would make him so much better; he's already good now

^ I had a 7'5 center. It's too easy to dominate. I had 17 points and 22 rebounds in my first game despite being rated 42 overall. I fouled out in 20 minutes, but it didn't matter.

My Thunder, in 2035, have won 5 championships under the reign of GM Willie Lewis. Now up 2-0 on the #7 Seed Houston Rockets, they eye a sweep.
Starting 5 Breakdown
Chucky Wallace, 6'11, 241, NC State
Chucky is one of the best centers in the league. He averages about 10 points per game but is a force on the boards, averaging about 8 board a game. He's one of the rising stars in the NBA.
Perry Larson, 6'9, 254, Kansas State
One of the true stars in the NBA. After being a first overall pick in 2027, Perry has put this Thunder team on his back. With 18 points and 8 rebounds per game, he is a force.
Senso Salvaderi, 6'8, 220, Italy
A loyal and humble guy, Senso is one of the studs OKC drafted. As a 1st overall pick, Senso has showed Kevin Durant like skills, scoring 47 in a big game. He can be inconsistent however, and when he's cold... he's cold.
Michael Manning, 6'7, 223, Arizona State
Drafted 15 years ago, Michael is an old man. He was acquired in a draft day trade with the Cavaliers, and has been a big steal. He has been a leader on the court and off, and hit the game tying shot to force OT in the wild 18 point comeback vs the Rockets.
Billy Bennett, 6'3, 202, UTEP
The true leader of this team, a steal by OKC at 14 and a product of the Thunder System. He has averaged a constant 16 points per game and 7 assists, and has drawn comparisons to Russell Westbrook. He's turned 33 however, and the Thunder need to look for a replacement.

Thought i'd have some fun with a new dynasty, so, i've decided to do later on, is a fantasy draft. Guys from the same college, mostly Buckeyes and Gators on my team. So i'm going to try to draft players like Noah, conley Jr., Oden, Horford and others. It might be fun to do this and see how it turns out.
I'm still doing the same cavaliers dynasty along with other teams, even the heat. This is probably going to make some people angry or surprised, but i've decided to go in another direction with the heat franchise, and build my team around Lebron, and make this team, strickly his. So Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh are now gone! In turn for their trades, i have gotten the following players.
Josh Smith (I got him for added defense)
Dorell Wright (Good midrange and three point shooting ratings and is coming off the bench behind Lebron James)
Javale Mcgee (Bocking rebounding and inside scoring plus the heat were lacking a good center who can score inside)
Anthony Parker (He's the starting shooting guard for my team but is a good midrange and three point shooter obviously there is a hole at the sg spot that we have to fill but for now it will be Parker's chance to shine)
Amazingly, with this lineup and with most of the big three gone, the miami heat are 52-30 and are in 5 place in the league! Right behind chicago who is also 52-30, so chicago and miami are the two best teams in the east right now, but boston is 51-31, so no doubt that will change for a while. I don't know how the draft is, i didn't scout or check to see how strong, weak or average the draft is, but we'll still draft a sg, if he's in the top 15 or 20 guards/sg's in the draft, i almost always pick the best player in the draft with my pick, no matter if we need the position he plays or not.

Started to a new association with the pistons and did the ff trade. In this i can build around the new generation of detroit's big three with knight, monroe and derozan but still with old school vets tayshaun at big ben!
Detroit gets:
Derozan, James johnson, A gray, 1st pick 2012
Toronto gets:
Stuckey, Jerebko, 1st pick 2013, Villanueva
Starters:
C - monroe
PF - maxiel
Sf- prince
Sg- derozan INJ
Pg- knight
Bench:
C- big ben
Pf- j johnson
Sf- daye
Sg-gordon (6th man)
Pg-bynum
Reserve: Wilkins, dowdell, Macklin, Gray, Q ross
so far got 4-0 with close wins vs bucks, rockets, clippers and nuggets.
1st win vs bucks - Derozan got hot in his debut as a piston, scoring 16 1st quarter points with us leading 34-30, he then got into foul trouble the rest of the game thus making the score close until the end of 3rd with us leading 62-61. But we managed to win it thanks to the consistency of Monroe and knight. Won - 94-89
2nd win vs rockets - another close game from start til finish and all tied up in the end of 3rd at 72. But thanks to the heroics of ben gordon, scoring 16 of his 18 pts in the 4th with 4 threes as we extended the lead and won eventually 104 97
3rd win vs clippers - see saw battle in the 1st half with tayshaun containing CP3. Unfortunately we could not stop Blake Griffin. We also lost Derozan to injury that will last 2-4weeks. Clips led as much as 8 pts in the 3rd. we manage to climb back and got the lead thanks to 6 straight points by knight. with us having a 3 pt lead at 89-86 in the final 2 mins, CP3 managed to hit a long three to tie it up. A ben gordon jumper took us back the lead with 91-89, then another jumper for Cp3 to tie it up at 17 secs to go. I tried to set a play for ben gordon for the last shot but surprisingly found an open lane. So Knight drived down the lane and was fouled with 2 secs. Scored both fts and we won 93-91!
4th win vs nuggets - Not much of a story but still a close one, ben gordon scored 26 pts with 6/11 3pt shots and Austin Daye added 13 pts 10 boards to get us another W with 89-85 win.
Stats so far:
Monroe 18.4 pts 8reb 1.5blks (dominant big man with A potential! still needs to improve his outside shot and post defense)
Derozan 16.8 pts 2.2 stls (fun to use in 2k with nice midrange)
Knight 15.2 pts 9.8asst 1.7stls (surprisingly good in 2k for me. I used to think this will be derozan's team, but I changed my mind. I like to build it around the 3 but Knight as the main one)
Gordon 14pts 41% 3pt (always loving to have a 3pt specialist on a team. Since I cant afford to bring Ray allen in detroit and to make the East more competitive, I have no regrets sticking with this lineup)

I started another dynasty, and went with the Lakers. We had a good season and finished almost 20 games above 500. But we got eliminated in the 1st round against portland, who went on to loose to miami in the nba finals. So, i had to make a few trades, there was no way we should have lost to portland.
In the offseason we aquired, Roy Hibbert, Ryan Anderson, Danny Granger, Hedo Turkoglu, and Kyle Korver. So, now we have plenty of three point shooters as starters, and two wingmen in Korver and Turkoglu coming off the bench as a shooting guard, and small forward, Korver will play the 2 guard off the bench.
Back up point guard will probably be Steve Blake. I hated trading Jordan Hill, but to be fair and salary reasons, i had to. Though i may try to trade for him, to get him back on the team, because i enjoyed training him. Josh McRoberts will be missed as well. We also have Ronny Turiaf as our back up center, and a cpu rookie named Patterson as the back up power forward, Patterson will trained hard, in all three attributes, offense, defense and atheletics, hopefully he'll be the next pau Gasol, but more atheletic.
Kobe Bryant didn't really have the type of small forward that i liked running the floor with him, so World Peace had to be traded. Hopefully, with all of this offense we now have, we will have better defense, we only have two players who can block shots, and probably just one player who can steal, so we'll probably won't be good defensively, but we did work on defense with both assistants in training camp, so we'll see.

Stopped trying to score 100 every game in MP and then got this.
Turnovers are still a problem.

Hadn't played 2K in like a month, so got back to it. Didn't want to play with my Heat, cause I have a game to recap and wouldn't want to get ahead too far.
Took 2K12 and the Bobcats. The rebuild was quite simple.
After 1 season and 8 games, my roster now looks like this :
Starters :
C - Samuel Dalembert (69)
F - Tyrus Thomas (78)
F - Danny Granger (80)
G - Eric Gordon (83)
G - Kyrie Irving (84)
Rotation :
6 - Gerald Henderson (71)
7 - Gerald Green (70)
8 - Brandon Haywood (63)
9 - Kirk Hinrich (69)
Rest :
10 - Chuck Hayes (65)
11 - Reggie Williams (68)
12 - Luke Walton (60)

Finally found a nice association which maybe my final one prior to shifting to 2k13 in october. 1st season with the Utah Jazz, with the following lineup:
C Al Jeff
PF D Favors
SF CJ Miles
SG Ray allen (part of the trade with Millsap, Burks, Howard with Celtics)
PG Devin harris
Bench:
C Kanter
PF Lamar Odom (FA signed)
SF Hayward
SG Bell
PG Bradley (part of the trade with Millsap, Burks, Howard with Celtics)
PF Jajuan (part of the trade with Millsap, Burks, Howard with Celtics)
SF Hobson
Reserve: Evans, Watson, Carroll
So far 10-3, lost to Heat (large margin), Hawks (Simmed) and Spurs(Simmed).

I also flirted to play an association with the Jazz. I like this team and it has some potential. You have some shooting power with Allen and still a big frontcourt with Favors, Jefferson, Kanter and Odom.

.
Can Kendall save the Suns?Startet a new MyPlayer just for fun using NC PG Kendall Marshall as a template. I was drafted 13th overall by the Phoenix Suns, i could also go higher but i want the challenge to rebuild with the Suns when Nash leaves.
I know number 5 is retired on the Suns Roster, however i did not know any better jersey number for Kendall Marshall.

In my first Game against the Thunder i played 16 minutes scored 7 points and dished 8 assists. Marcin Gortat is a great fit for me, with my help he scored a career high of 44 points.
We beat the Thunder in overtime 111:110, i feel this is going to be a great season.

Thanks for the feedback. Yup Im having fun so far in this. I won a game against the heat with favors scoring 42 pts! I will make him the next Karl Malone hhaha! though i am not quite decided if devin harris is my "john stockton" hehe.
My next game will be against your favorite team, orlando magic.

Good luck then
I think i lost both games against the Jazz in my association. You have a lot of competition for Howard in the paint.
