I'm definitely pulling for a Kobe vs. LeBron finals. In a way, the Cavs seems like they'd be the easier opponent since the Cavs don't seem like they have as much depth as Boston does.

In a season of redemption, where the Lakers decided from day one to finish off what they couldn't a year ago, another authoritative step was taken toward an NBA championship.

Those who questioned the Lakers' resolve were quieted. Those who wondered if they were too fatigued now know the answer.

Once they were done with the brief ceremony, the Lakers removed the T-shirts and caps that proclaimed them conference champions. Andrew Bynum, who missed this part last season because of a knee injury, was the only one who wore his new merchandise out to the team bus.

The Cavaliers don't have the depth to match the Lakers. It should be an easier series as long as LeBron isn't cheesed by the AI.

haven't faced the cavs in my NBA 2k9 association but will try to give you pics of it when i do hehe...

maybe its_asdf is right, the cavs are much easier than the celtics, though its still just the 1st game.. i tried dunking on lbj but he's smart, getting out of the way every time i dunk il still try, tnx guys
