I love that trade to acquire Mayo, nice work. Rudy Fernandez is overrated, so I'm glad you didn't get him.

Looks to me like you've got the scoring part down, putting up 20's with three different players is great, and I'm glad you got 11 assists with Rose, but 9 turnovers, ouch. The Thunder got an extra 17 shots this game partly because you gave up an extra 9 turnovers. Try and be a little more careful with the ball, look for the smart passes or wait an extra second so your man has established position.

Cool association though, love the presentation, following. :)

You've got the team to win a title if you improve your bench. You have absolutely no depth in the middle. If you get an injury to your starting bigs then you are screwed.

Nice win, you have a big three of your own :cheeky:

But agreed with X, maybe Da'Sean Butler or Magnum Rolle can help. Young guys with huge potential.

Rose and Boozer lead Chicago to second straight win.

Postby Kubik on Tue Jan 18, 2011 9:48 pm

Carlos Boozer and Derrick Rose combined 45 points and helped Chicago Bulls to roll past Detroit Pistons by big margin, 98-76. In first week of the 2010/11 season Bulls are unbeaten.

It was all about Bulls. They were on the top of this game all the time. Another great performance by Chicago's star. Rose gets next double-double with 25 points and 10 dimes. He dominated Pistons with his ability to get to the free throw line (16 free throw attempts). Big role in the game has Carlos Boozer who get also double-double with 20 points and 10 boards. Important part in win has O.J Mayo (15 points, 5 assists, 5 rebounds) and Joakim Noah (12 points, 6 rebounds and 2 blocks). "Everybody in this team is in good condition. We definitely have potential for NBA champions." - said after the game Carlos Boozer.

It wasn't good night for Pistons leaders. Rodney Stuckey can't defend Derrick Rose and has early foul trouble. Ben Gordon only 1 of 6 behind the three point line and Tracy McGrady ends with 0-5 from the field. Only Tayshaun Prince tried to do something and drops 18 points (2-2 behind the arc). Ben Wallace said: "We couldn't do nothing with great performance from Rose. Speed kills.".

Chicago on Monday will host Blazers. They definitely will looking for extend their streek.

The Return - Weekly Report 1

Postby Kubik on Thu Jan 20, 2011 10:36 am

•Heat are really hot. New looking Miami Heat are on a hot streak. They win four straight games and seems to be unstoppable. Despite of Dwyane Wade injury, LeBron James and Chris Bosh are making great numbers and led the Heat to wins over Celtics, 76ers, Magic and Nets. "I'm feeling great in this team and it's honour to be a teammate of Dwyane, Chris and the rest of the Heat. We keep on rolling and we want to continue our winning streak" - said LeBron. Every team in this league was expecting that Miami will be one of the strongest teams in the NBA and they confirmed that in last four games.

•Injury report:
- Miami Heat lost their all star shooting guard, D-Wade for 2-4 weeks after broken hand surgery. This isn't the end of Heat trouble. Zydrunas Ilgauskas is out for 6-8 weeks (torn hamstring).
- Ray Allen from the Boston Celtics has to leave earlier in friday's game against New York Knicks because of sprained wrist (1-2 weeks).
- Atlanta Hawks forward, Josh Smith have sore knee and he will rest 1-2 weeks.

•Trade rumours:
- 76ers are ready to talking about possible trading out Marreese Speights. Already Oklahoma City Thunder made strong offer but nobody knows who could be traded for Speights. Cleveland Cavaliers were also interested in Philadelphia's forward but they finally gave up.
- New Jersey Nets are trying to send out Sasha Vujacic. They made some offer to Charlotte Bobcats and Milwaukee Bucks but they aren't show big interest.

•Players of the week:
The Miami Heat's LeBron James and Dallas Mavericks Dirk Nowitzki were named the Eastern and Western Conference players of the first week of 2010/11 NBA season. Lebron is leading the way in scoring for Miami with 32.5 points per game. The Heat have the best record in the league so far (4-0). In big blowout over the Memphis Grizzlies, Dirk Nowitzki has dominated the game and get 38 points and 15 rebounds. With 25.7 ppg and 9.7 rpg he is true leader for Dallas.

With another great performance by Bulls star, Derrick Rose, Chicago extended their winning streak to three with win over Portland Trail Blazers 105-102.

Rose is definitely ina a good shape this season. He couldn't be stopped by Blazers defense and scores 29 points (9-12 FG) and added 6 assists. Great night also for potential star O.J. Mayo, who ends the game with 20 points (2-2 from the 3pt line) 2 assists and 2 rebounds. Nice performances by two Bulls big men, Carlos Boozer (16 points, 9 rebounds) and Joakim Noah (10 points, 7 rebounds, 2 blocks). In 4th quarter nice effort from the bench shows Kyle Korver (9 points, 5 rebounds) and C.J. Watson (8 points, 2 rebounds).

Brandon Roy, the highest scorer for Portland scores 23 points and added 3 rebounds. Late game great performance by Blazers point guard, Andre Miller (16 points, 7 assists). He lead his team to 10-0 run and Portland almost get a win. Nice performance off the bench shows Wesley Matthews. He was almost perfect from the field (5-7) and scored 14 points. LaMarcus Aldridge has 6 made field goals for 16 tries and also scored 14 points and added 8 rebounds.

It was all Bulls game till end of 3rd quarter. In 4th, Blazers took advantage and almost swipe away win from the Bulls. On 4th November, Amare Stoudemire and New York Knicks are coming to windy city. It will be the last game at home in this week for Chicago.

Booz’s 31 lifts Bulls to win over Knicks.

Postby Kubik on Tue Jan 25, 2011 12:51 am

Image

Carlos Boozer scored season high, 31 points and added 5 rebounds to lead the unstoppable Chicago Bulls to fourth straight win over the New York Knicks 120-104.

Bulls were on the top all game long. Apart from Boozer's great game nice effort shows Derrick Rose who ends the game with 25 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. O.J. Mayo also keep his good shape and added 15 points, 5 rebounds 5 assists. It wasn't the best night for Joakim Noah. He was in early foul trouble and played only 18 minutes, but in replacement for Noah, Kurt Thomas scored 7 points and get 8 boards.

Despite of loose, Amar'e Stoudemire as always made great numbers. He get 28 points and 12 rebounds. To help him Wilson Chandler, Landry Fields, Danilo Gallinari and Raymond Felton scored in double figures but it wasn't enough for great offensive performance by Chicago.

Tomorrow Bulls are going to Boston to face Celtics. They will face one of candidate for NBA championship and It will be the first true exam for Bulls.

Nice job overcoming Amar'e. He always seems to kill me, I lost both games against them, but it was because of other players stepping up.

Yeah it sucks. Rose Mayo and Deng grabbing every rebound in that category 2k sucks.

Booz is great post scorer and scoring with him is very easily.
