Thanks. The vids have some nice highlights as well, and of course more LeBron(as I couldn't find any good pic of him apart from the header one)
Yeah he did win it  . But Rose had better stats in fact apart from points(even if I tried not to dominate with him!),so thought it would be the most fair thing

Thanks Thierry! Well it's not that you suck in the predictions, as you missed the first contests, just the ones ahead were either predicting from the beginning correctly or found a really tough question no one else found ( axel )

February 22, United Center
Miami Heat(26-11) @ Chicago Bulls(29-7)

Bulls-Heat notebook

THE FACTS: What a game everyone saw in the United Center from two of the best teams in the league. The Chicago Bulls, led by Luol Deng's 32 points beat the Miami Heat in a 2-point game, managing to hold Miami's last minute comeback and prove everyone who's the best team in the league. He was followed by Derrick Rose, who had his classic double double with 23 points and 13 assists, 21 of them scored in the second half! Carlos Boozer won the battle of the PF's from Bosh with his 12 points.

For the Miami it wasn't all about the Big 3.LeBron James might have scored 28 points and also added 6 assists and 3 rebounds,Wade added as well a double double with 20 points and 11 assists, but Mike Chalmers was one of that stole the show.Chalmers scored 16 points, 10 of them in the last 2 minutes and was one of the most important factors for the Heat to come as close to the Bulls as they would get. On the end though, and after Daequan Cook ruined a great earned foul by going 0-3 in the last 3 seconds Wade ,with no timeouts left for the Heat, missed a half court shot that could have won the game for the Heat.

THE STAT:Derrick Rose was 7/7 from the free throw line,6 of them in the last minute.

QUOTABLE I: "We thought we did great job on Rose, but after a while Deng popped up scoring bucket after bucket. And then as we tried to contain Deng,Rose took his gun and started scoring and dishing and taring our D apart. And they had Kyle(Korver) and Daequan(Cook) in the corners punishing us on every occasion. They just played dominating on offense today"
--Miami's Dwayne Wade on Bulls great offensive night

THE MOMENT:With 12 seconds remaining Derrick Rose goes to the line, and the crowd starts chanting MVP! MVP! for the Chicago Bulls guard. That was something never heard in the United Center for a long time, with Rose hearing the chant for the first time tonight, despite his huge season so far. Rose made both of them and the crowd started chanting his name in joy...

HOT:Luol Deng. Not only for his huge scoring, but for his perfect shooting from behind the three-point line.Deng was 4/4 for 3 in the game.

QUOTABLE II: "Well our defensive job in the last minutes was really bad. If we played with the same intensity on D as we did in the rest of the game,we would have got the victory much more easier."
--Bulls' coach Tom Thibodeau

QUOTABLE III:"What is all these things with Rose being traded? He's our top player and there's no way we could let him go!We have many offers for him,but of course all of them got rejected."
--Bulls' GM George Koukoulis on the trade rumors for Derrick Rose.

Deng is a legit baller (Y)

its too bad he keeps getting shadow by D-Rose..he really needs more cred

in my association Deng is trade to the Pistons...and he' s the leader of that team basically..instrumental in getting the Pistons in the playoffs and even taking two games away from Miami in the playoffs

Well Deng had a breakout season this year establishing himself as the second gun in the Bulls and throwing the tag of the soft player. And this season made me like him more and more.

As for your association, I still defend my decision on the trade and eliminating Orlando still proves me right. We'll see how the team will perform now.

Great game by Deng, he is a guy who can really start scoring if he wants to. Still, Roses game was superb.

Well Rose was good only in the second half. Till then apart from passing he couldn't bust a move.

Despite Derrick Rose making anything possible to turn this thing over, the Wizards emerged victorious. Derrick Rose, who recorded his first double double played like a true MVP when everyone was off and with his first triple double he tried his best in this game. Rose had 22 points in the last quarter scoring 12 of them in the last minute and playing literally on his own. But Bulls' biggest weapon, defense, let the team down, as apart from the last 40 seconds where Bulls didn't concede a basket and Rose scored 8 unanswered points included 2 amazing three-pointers and a huge shot who was ruled as a two as Rose stepped on the line, Wizards had answers for everything.

The new-face Wizards, after the Arenas-Lewis swap and Kirk Hinrich trade with Hawks(more details on the trade tracker in the monthly recap) and the coach change(Flip Saunders got replaced by Lucas Starks) seemed revived. With Rashard Lewis(21 points) and Josh Howard(23 points) leading the way in scoring and John Wall having a great night with a career high in assists(14) and a double double(10 points as well) ,Washington took commanding seat from the early moments. Chicago had an off night in offense as well and with all players struggling on the first half ,Wizards build on this lead and in fact they were never behind in scoring from the moment they took over.

Chicago had Derrick Rose doing everything for them in the second half. Rose finished with 36 points,11 assists and 10 steals, registering most of his stats in the last 5 minutes, after entering the field in the fourth. But he had little to no help from the rest of the starters. Iverson had 13 points, Deng had 12, Boozer had 6 and only Joakim Noah with 10 scored more than his season average.

FINAL SCORE: Washington Wizards - Chicago Bulls 112-106

Jordan Brand Player Of The Game:John Wall
Image
14 Points - 14 Assists - 3 Steals - 3 Blocks - 10 Turnovers

I was trying my best but the Wizards could score in the next offensive move! I just could stop them although Rose scored some of the toughest three pointers I've seen in 2k11.

I expected Deng to be better too,but looks that he made didn't fall and he got defended pretty well. Even Korver missed a wide open three in this match!

Crawford probably did to me the most damage.I was having a streak at the end of the 3rd which probably should have gotten me back in the game, but Crawford scored 9 consecutive points and got the Wizards up by 10 again...
