International Basketball Manger EDITOR! *Needed*

This is propably the best basketball manager game ever , but due to financial problems Uplay Studios has decided to turn down this game upcoming releases . I made a little research and there is no editor available out there . Because there are many programmers here , is anyone who would like to make a little editor for this game? I 'll give any possible help needed .
