Oh... the preview clip looks great !!

If some stuff can be fix. (the white Brooklyn jersey)

I love the team Space Jam on the first page more :D

Thanks for modding and sharing. (Y)

Wishlist below:

Delete Yi Jianlian for DAL, Stephen Jackson for SA for more roster space ; add Andre Miller for DEN, Gary Payton and Detlef Schrempf (also Shawn Kemp ? ) for OKC but wearing SEA jerseys, and Reggie Miller for IND. (Also Alonso Mourning for Hornets and Dikembe Mutombo for DEN)

Is it possible to add Jrue Holiday, Damian Lillard and Nicolas Batum(delete Okur and Oden), Mike Conley(Gay to Raptors), Ricky Rubio, Goran Dragic and Kyrie Irving for their respective teams ?

And the game would be almost completed.

-----

I'm making too many requests here, sorry for bothering. :(

The iOS version has the Beastie Boys as a team. They're in the csv files. They're unlocked in that version by playing itunes audio through the app, something which isn't available in Android settings.

Also does anyone know how to mod the files to have all teams and players unlocked? I feel like it should be simple but can't figure it out. Thanks!

Wow, this thread lives? Great work guys, I myself had stopped modding the game earlier in the season but I have quite a bit of work done. Shortly after I stopped posting here I learned how to properly display the names as well. So I've unlocked a couple of extra team slots and found a few more deleted player ids. I had begun playing around with editing shot packages but didn't get very far, was hoping for a skyhook package for kareem and somehow managed to get a sky hook for everyone lol. I've switched phones since I began modding and had problems initially after moving my files over to the new device. So for downloads there may need to be different custom versions, but iirc this is limited to menus and fonts. Maybe the other guys working on this can collaborate and we can finish a save.

So I've made a few legends and some rookies. Went through 6 circles of hell to extract textures from NBA JAM OFE on ps3, only to find that thers was no major difference in the display. However, on the bright side I was able to get art for a few players not available on mobile edition, as well as nicer jersey textures and.....SHOES!!! lol.

West, Kemp, and Payton were done by another modder. I made Wilt and gave the guys shoes.

nba_jam_iPhone_ENG_US.btp is the file you're looking for. It's in the res folder. It requires hex editing. It's basically finding a name with the same amount of letters as the name you want to add and replacing it.

Thanks for the reply , I changed the name saved it and it worked however is there a way to change the Announcers call out name during gameplay? I would of thought it would be the "speech id" in the "Nba Players Console" folder but nothing happens when I change it :x , Only because it's annoying to copy over someone's textures and still hear there name everytime you shoot ... let me know Thanks Man

I tried this as well, editing some values in players console dont do anything lol. I think some of the values are tied in elsewhere . What might be a possibility is replacing the the actual speech id but keeping the original file name. For example copying james speech id file and renaming it green or whomever you chose to replace then rezipping the file. Worth a shot I'd say. In fooling around with shot packages I found somethings may be possible. I left off at trying to create a custom shot package. Wish we had some more knowledgeable on the subject interested in the topic. Also I haven't yet tried to just add a name to the database through the hex editing yet, took much experimenting to get to know so little lol.

Wow, this is a lot crazier than the last time I came on here but I'm with Jhudaism! I don't have much knowledge to offer but it would be great to download the files so we can all check out everything, too?

Has anyone had any success modding on the updated version (2.00.14)? If i edit the NBAJAM_Player_CONSOLE.csv file, the app just redownloads all the data and resets.

It looks like an image setting issue. It should not be too hard to fix. I'm thinking about adding actual signature sneakers for star players. I'm thinking about making the rookies for the upcoming 2015 season. Could you upload your updated roster and graphics so far please? What version of the game are you using?

Some may recognize me from the MVPMODS community. I've been tinkering with these files and I just may need to start a project. I love NBA JAM.

I think I have the Hawks roster finished up with updated team logos and portraits. It was easy to transfer Howard over to the roster. I can also change ratings easy enough. Not sure if I can change names without the game crashing but everything else looks editable. I'm going to start on the Hawks new court and jerseys.

Philips Arena is complete. Should just have jerseys remaining for the Hawks.
